On Thursday, November 27, 2014 at 12:35 AM Deputy stopped vehicle at location for speeding. Suspect was identified as the driver, who showed signs of impairment by some type of alcoholic beverage. Suspect was arrested and provided a breath sample that was more than double the legal limit. A records check of the suspect's driver's license revealed that the suspect did not possess a valid driver's license. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Chris Vigil, 40-year-old male from Albuquerque N.M.
On 11-26-14 at about 10:00AM contact was made with the defendant after observing him running from a vehicle at the above location. A warrrant for his arrest was confirmed and when the deputy tried placing him under arrest he became combattive, trying to flee and resist arrest. He was eventually placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Suspect: Michael Graviet, 43, Santa Fe, NM
Vehicle: 2003 Subaru Outback
Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Careless Driving, Immediate Notice of Accident
On Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 8:00 PM, deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. The vehicle went onto the wrong side of the road and crashed. Driver of the vehicle fled the scene prior to law enforcement arrival. Suspect was located and admitted to driving. A records check of Suspect's driver's license revealed that the suspect had a revoked license. Suspect was arrested for driving on a revoked license on the arrest clause. Suspect was treated for non-life threatening injuries and was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was undrivable due to the damage and was not seized.

Victim reported between the hours of 11:45 am and 4:20 pm, an unknown person had entered the residence by forcing entry. Once inside the suspect(s) stole several electronic devices,tools, clothing, and lapops. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported unknown person had obtained his personal identification and insurance information. As a result victim reported someone had been obtaining narcotic medication using his information.

Victim: Male, 37, Santa Fe, NM
On Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 2:35 AM, deputies responded to the location in reference to a residential burglary. Victim advised sometime between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by unknown means and stole electronic items. A large gas powered tool was also taken from the yard of the residence.

On Monday, November 24, 2014 at 5:10 PM, deputies responded to a single vehicle rollover crash at location. Suspect was identified as the driver and advised he lost control of the vehicle prior to crashing. Suspect was unable to provide proof of insurance for the vehicle. Driver showed signs of impairment from some kind of alcoholic beverage. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI and agreed to submit to chemical testing. Suspect provided a breath sample that was more than double the legal limit. Suspect was checked at scene by medics and did not need to be transported to the hospital. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim reported between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence and stole the above listed items. Case in under investgation.
Case #0214018489 - Battery against a household member - 11/23/14

Location: US 84/285 in Pojoaque, NM
Arrested: Victoria Lopez - age 20, Pojoaque, NM
Deputies investigated a domestic disturbance occurring inside a vehicle as it was stopped at an intersection. Witness saw the driver start striking the passenger repeatedly until she was removed from the car. The driver was placed under arrest for domestic battery.

Two vehicles, parked side by side, were burglarized sometime between 8:45pm and 9:45pm on 11/23/14. Camera equipment, a purse, and computer items were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report.
