Arrested: Lucas Baca, 23 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87506
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported fight on State Road 503. Contact was made with the victim who stated the above listed suspect unlawfully took the victims prescription pills. Later the victim confronted the suspect at which time the suspect struck the victim several times. The suspect was located and placed under arrest without incident. The suspect was taken to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

On Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 10:25pm, Deputies came into contact with the suspect, who had an outstanding arrest warrant. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Marijuana; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Diazepam
On Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 9:50pm while suspect was being placed under arrest in regards to an outstanding arrest warrant, suspect was found in possession of less than one ounce of Marijuana, Diazepam, a glass pipe, and a syringe. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Staff at the college reported that between November 10th,2015 and November 11th, 2015 an unknown person stole multiple batteries from golf carts at the SFCC. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Receiving stolen property
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a stolen vehicle located by Edgewood PD. The vehicle was found to be stolen out of Albuquerque NM, a 1993 Red Nissan Pick-up Truck. The above suspect was found at the above location hiding under a living room couch. Suspect admitted to having the vehicle and several of his belongings were found in the vehicle. Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charge without further incident. The vehicle was towed and the owner was notified of the recovery.

Suspect: Isaac Quintana, 23, La Puebla, NM
On Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 12:34am, deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a dispute, where the suspect had armed himself with a rifle. Suspect was seen in possession of a rifle upon deputie's arrival and complied with verbal commands. It was learned that the suspect had been arguing with other occupants at the location and armed himself when he walked outside of the location. Suspect showed signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking earlier in the evening. Suspect was taken into custody, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one was threatened or injured as a result of this incident.
