Deputies were dispatched to a minor vehicle crash. Upon arrival contact was made with the suspect who had rear ended another vehicle. The suspect was intoxicated and submitted to SFST's. The suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested. A breath test revealed a .12 BRAC. The suspect was taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

Victim reports at the above location unknown person gained unlawful entry between the dates of September 18, 2015 at 5:00pm and September 21, 2015 at 11:00am. Once inside the above items were taken. How entry was gained is unknown at this time. A television and tanning bed were damaged at the same time. Total estimated value of damage $ 1,050.00. Case still pending further investigation.

Arrested: Angelita Olivas, 21-year-old female from pojoaque N.M.
On 09-21-15 at about 1:00AM a security guard noticed Ms. Olivas appeared to be intoxicated as she purchased items at a gas station in Pojoaque and then drove off in her vehicle. the security guard contacted law enforcement and followed Ms. Olivas to the Cities of Gold Casino where law enforcement located and contacted her. She displayed several signs of intoxication and admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving. She refused to submitt to standardized field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. She also refused to submitt to chemical testing. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reported that on 9-17-2015 sometime between 7:00pm and 6:00am on 9-18-2015, unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the garage that is connected to the residence through an unlocked door located on the southeast of the residence. Upon entering the garage, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into a 2007 impala that was unlocked and stole above mentioned items. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On 09-20-15 at about 12:00AM the above suspect was involved in an altercation with a family member. During the course of the altercation he armed himself with a knife and cut the family member on the arm. When deputies attempted to place him under arrest he resisted. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

On 09-19-15 at about 10:00PM Mr. Ellers crashed his vehicle into a rock wall on La Joya Road. Deputies arrived on scene to conduct an investigation and determined Mr. Ellers had consumed alcohol prior to driving. Mr. Ellers refused to submitt to a breath test. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges. .
