Items Taken: Misc Jewlery, 2 televisions, 3 pairs of sunglasses, $737.00, 3 pair of sunglasses.

Victim reported between 0740 hours and 1410 hours entry was forced into his residence. Once inside the suspect(s) took the above listed items from the residence. Investigation is underway.

Items taken: 42" Television, Jewlery Box w / jewlery, 20 gauge Mossberg Shotgun, Rifle, hunting knives, ammo

Victim reported on todays date between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm an unknown person forced entry into the residence and stole the above items. Investigation is on-going. 


Case # 0214014577 Larceny 09-10-14

Location: 6401 Richards Ave. Santa Fe Community College

Items taken: IPHONE , credit card, $8.00 in cash,

Victim reported sometime on September 9th she left items unattended in a locker room. An unknown person entered the locker room and stole her items. Victim also reported a credit card which was stolen, was then used at an unknown business in the Santa Fe Area.


Case #0214014553 Larceny 09-10-14

Location: Pine Ranch Road (Stanley NM)

Items stolen: (15) 12ft copper pipes, (10) 12"x24" copper flashings

Victim reported between September 6th and September 7th an unknown person stole the above items from the property and roof of the residence. Investigation is on-going.

Location: #30 Buffalo Thunder Trl. Buffalo Thunder Resort Santa Fe, NM 87506

Arrested: Eric Vigil, 33yoa, Las Vegas, NM 87701

Deputies responed to the above location in regards to the above stated individual not paying his taxi fare. The above stated arrestee gave a false name to deputies on scene and was subsequently arrested on the charges of concealing identity and falsley obtaining services. The arrestee was booked accordingly without incident.

Location: 3000 block of Camino Vista Verde Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Arrested: Jose Rascon Jr. 21yoa, Santa Fe, NM 87507

Deputies responded to the above location in refrence to a a family abuse arguement without injuries. Through the course of the investigation it was determined that  the suspect had damaged property, was in poseession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.


Case #0214014511 Warrant Service, Resisting evading an officer 09-09-14

Location:3100 block of Jemez Road (Airport Road Area)

Arrested: Jerome Gurule 26 yoa male Rio Rancho

Deputies were dispatched to the above location to locate the above suspect in reference to 4 arrest warrants. Upon arrival the suspect attempted to flee and resisted arrest. After a short scuffle the suspect was arrested. Suspect was taken to jail, where he was booked accordingly.

victim reported between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm unknown persons entered her residence and stole several DVD's , DVD player and remote controls. Investigation is on-going.

Location: NM 16 Galisteo Dam, Santa Fe, NM

U.S. Corps of Engineers Park Ranger reports that sometime between August 22, 2014 and September 5, 2014 an unknown vehicle entered the Galisteo Dam property through undeveloped land.  The vehicle damaged a wooden-wire gate, chain link fence, and rock wall in order to gain access causing approximately $1000.00 dollars in damage.  Case still pending further investigation.

Arrested: Jacob N. Ferrero, 19yoa, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

A traffic stop was conducted at the above listed location with the above listed arrestee for improper display of registration sticker. The deputy smelled a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the interior of the vehicle. Marijuana was located within the vehicle along with drug paraphernalia. The driver was charged and booked accordingly.
