Stolen: 2011 Suzuki (ATV) Sheffield Knife, Ammunition for a shotgun
Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a burglary. When deputies arrived they learned between 1:00pm and 3:30 pm today an unknown person entered the residence and removed the above items. The suspects removed the keys for the ATV and took it from the yard. Case is still under investigation.

The neighbor at the above location called to report a burglary at the above location. Unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into the above residence through a doggy door. Entry was made sometime within the past few days. Once inside the above item was stolen. Case still pending further investigation.

Arrested: Gabriela Wanderspirit 21 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Bringing contraband into a place of imprisonment, and possession of a controlled substance to wit: meth
A pat search was conducted on the above inmate and found to have rolled up toliet paper in her under garments. Inside the toliet paper was crystal like white substance. The substance was field tested and found to be Meth. The above suspect admitted she brought the contraband into the facility. Suspect was rebooked and charged accordingly on the above charges without further incident.

Location: US 84/285 mile post 180, Pojoaque N.M.
Arrested: Randy Roybal, 42-year-old male from Espanola N.M.
On 10-12-15 at approximately 2:00AM a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Roybal's Nissan truck for a broken tail light. He displayed signs of intoxication and further investigation revealed he was driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and booked into the Santa fe County Jail accordingly.

Arrested: Javier Guerrero, 38yoa male, Santa Fe
Charges: DWI, Disorderly
On above date Deputies were dispatched to a disorderly male. Contact was made in the area with Mr. Guerrero. Mr. Guerrero was operating a blue Dodge Ram and showed numerous signs of impairment. Mr. Guerrero refused to perform the SFST’s and was arrested for DWI. A breath test was conducted showing a .20BrAC. Booked into ADC without incident.

Suspect: Pending Investigation
Upon making contact with the victim, she advised she parked her 2015 Dodge Journey in the Southside parking lot around 11am, shortly afterwards she returned. Victim noticed her bag containing the above items missing from the vehicle upon return. No forced entry was noted. Case is under investigation.

On this date, Deputy responded to the location listed above regarding the above listed person being in possession of a controlled substance. Arrested person admitted to having narcotics on her person. She was arrested and re booked into the detention facility.
