On Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 5:47 pm, Deputies was dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim, who are boyfriend and girlfriend, were involved in a verbal altercation. The suspect initially attempted to battery the victim. Shortly later, a physical altercation occurred between the both of them. The suspect then throw the victim's personal belongings outside of the residence, and damaged the television, and shattered the victim's windshield to his 1994 Honda civic. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Victim reported on this date sometime between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., unknown suspect(s) stole the above mentioned item from the lake in Glorieta, NM while they were swimming. The victim valued the cellular phone to be approximately $1,000.00. This case is still under investigation.

Victim reported on today's date sometime between 2:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m., unknown suspect(s) walked into her office (Business) through the front door and stole her money drop bag containing $3,500.00 dollars in U.S. currency. The victim stated that the front door was closed, but was unlocked. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

On Friday, September 18, 2015 at 11:31pm, Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim, who are boyfriend and girlfriend, got into a verbal argument. Suspect hit the victim, then broke a window to the vehicle with a rock. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 09-18-19 at about 10:00PM a male brandished a handgun at family members and threatened them during an argument. The male stole a family members vehicle and fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival. An arrest warrant was obtained for the male.

On Friday, September 18, 2015 at 10:46pm, the vehicle was stopped going to wrong way on State Road 502. Suspect was the driver of the vehicle and had an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI. The New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory was read to the suspect and he agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect blew a 0.16 or higher. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Friday, September 18, 2015 at about 9:12pm, Deputy observed the vehicle failing to maintain lanes, nearly striking two different vehicles. Vehicle was driven by the suspect. Suspect had an oder of intoxicating liquor emitting from his breath. The Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest for DWI. While a vehicle inventory was being conducted, Marijuana (Less than one ounce) was located in the vehicle. The New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory was read to the suspect and he agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect blew 0.16 or higher. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the jail in refence to a narcotics violation. Deputies learned the above inmate had in his possession a syringe and a substance consitent with suboxone, in his waistband of his sweatpants. The above suspect was booked on the above charges, he remains in custody.
