On September 05, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Honcho Road in reference to a reported stolen motor vehicle. Contact was made with the victim who stated unknown suspect(s) unlawfully took his vehicle and fled the area. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Jacob Baca - age 28, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .17 BrAC. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

Location: SFC Road 73/ US 84-285 - Tesuque
Arrested: Matthew Montoya - age 42, Tesuque, NM
The above driver was stopped for attempting to drive the wrong direction on US 84/285. The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The driver submitted to a blood draw and was booked into ADC accordingly.

Location: 3000 block of Thomas Rd. Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an activated alarm at 9:17pm. Victim/Reporting person stated they were made aware of the alarm activation and and found the dwelling to be burglarized. Electronics and a small amount of US currency was taken from within residence. Total value of items taken was listed at $241.50. No suspects have been identified at this time and this case is being actively investigated by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.

Location: Puwanini Street, Santa Fe, NM, 87506 (Pojoaque area)
On September 05, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Boneyard Road in reference to a reported stolen motor vehicle. Contact was made with the victim who advised that a suspect took the victims vehicle from his home and fled the area. The suspect then drove to Boneyard Road and abondoned the vehicle. The vehicle was released back to the owner. This case remains under investigation.

Location 3500 block of Charlie Bentley Road (Agua Fria)
Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to a burning vehicle. Upon arrival investigation revealed an unknown person had set fire to the interior of a vehicle parked in the street. The vehicle had damage to the interior of the car estimated at $1800.00. Investigation is currently on-going.

Arrested: David Armijo 52 yoa male Albuquerque
Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to a possible domestic. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who was battered by her husband. Victim had physical signs of abuse. The suspect was located a short time later at the KICK 66 gas station were he was arrested for battering the victim, and a warrant charging failure to comply with conditions of probation stemming from an aggravated DWI conviction in the Metro Court in Albuquerque. Suspect was taken to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was arrested.
