Stolen: Miscellaneous costume jewelry
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a residential alarm on Double Arrow Road. Deputies arrived on scene but did not locate anyone on scene. The homeowner later arrived and discovered that she was missing costume jewelry from within her home. This case remains under investigation.

Location: Camino Trujillo, Santa Fe, NM, 87506
Santa Fe Couny Sheriff's Office responded to an address on Camino Trujillo in reference to a reported unresponsive male subject. Deputies arrived and located the 51 year old male subject. Santa Fe County Medics arrived on scene. No signs of life were found on the male subject. No signs of foul play were observed at the scene and it was discovered the victim had an extensive medical history. OMI was called to the scene. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Martin Loya, 29-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On Thursday, September 17that about 12:20AM the suspect battered his wife and left the scene as deputies were responding. He was located turning onto the West Frontage Road from El Sol Court. A traffic stop was attempted and he fled down the frontage road, made a u-turn and fled back to his residence on El Sol Court where he was taken into custody. Further investigation revealed he battered his wife and was driving on a suspended license. He was arrested on the above charges.
