   Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Paseo Del Angel in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated that betweeen April 17, 2015 and todays date suspect(s) gained unlawful gained entry into the victims shed, once entry was gained suspect(s) unlawfully took 4 dirt bikes from within the shed. Suspect(s) also took a spare part for a dirt bike. The scene was processed for evidence. This case remains under investigations.

   Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of 3900 block of  Agua Fria in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies made contact with the victim who stated that suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took steroe's from within the victims vehicle. This case remains under investigation.

 


SFCSO Case #0215005655/ Auto burglary, Larceny and Criminal damage to property

Location: Fireplace Rd. Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508

Deputies responded to the above location on today's date at 11:43pm in reference to an auto burglary. Through investigation, the victim observed two hispanic males walk up to their car and break the window. The suspects were startled by the victim's but befor fleeing the area, one of the suspects reached in the vehicle and took some items. Items stolen were a musical instrument, a purse, checkbook and various govermental identification to include a social security card. The suspects were not located at the scene and could not be identified by the victim's. This case is currently under inveatigation.


SFCSO Case # 0215005656/ Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Methamphetamine and Possession of drug paraphernalia/ 04-1

Location: #30 Buffalo Thunder Trail- Buffalo Thunder Resort/Casino Sf, NM 87506

Arrested: Williams, Jodi B.; 42 years of age; Albuquerque, NM 87113

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to Buffalo Thunder security locating a glass smoking device and a cellophane baggie with an unknown substance in a safe of a guests room. The suspect called Buffalo Thunder security and asked for a safe over-ride for the safe in the room as she forgot her combination. Security performed the over-ride and when they opened the safe, they observed a pipe and an unknown substance. The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office was called to investigate the matter. Contact was made with the suspect and she admitted the pipe and the "Meth" were hers. The substance field tested positive for Methamphetamine. The suspect was transported to the santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and booked accordingly.

On Friday, April 17, 2015 at 8:57 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Victim advised that an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the vehicle by breaking one of the windows and removed electronic items, documents, and boxes.

 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Wymas Road, in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated that sometime on April 12, 2015 suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims home, once entry was gained suspect(s) took a rifle from the home. The scene was porcessed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.


SFCSO Case #0215005604/ Burglary (Auto), Larceny and Criminal damage to property/ 04-16-2015

Location: 600 block of Old Las Vegas Highway Santa Fe, NM 87505

On this date, Thursday April 16, 2015 near 11:21pm deputies responded to the above location in reference to a disorderly conduct. The complainant advised at this time they heard a commotion near their vehicle at their residence. The complainant states they also heard voices near the vehicle. It was determined that the victim's vehicle's passenger side window was broken, unlawful entry was made into the vehicle and a tire iron was taken from within the vehicle. No suspects were located or identified at the time of this report. This case is currently under investigation.  


SFCSO Case #0215005603/ Unlawful taking of a motorvehicle/ 04-16-2015

Location: Rancho Del Cielo Edgewood, New Mexico 87015

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an all terrain vehicle (A.T.V) being stolen. The reporting party advised between 10:30am and 9:30pm on today's date (04-16-2015), unknown suspect(s) stole a red in color 2003 Honda 4-wheeler from the reporting person's property. At this time no suspects have been located or identified at this time. The 4-wheeler was entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) data base as stolen. This case is currently under investigation.  


SFCSO Case #0215005602/ DWI, Driving suspended, Speeding and Open Container/ 04-16-2016

Location; Old Las Vegas Hwy/ SFC Road 58 - Santa Fe County

Arrested: Luis A. Rubio; 37 years of age; Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508

Santa Fe County Deputy C. Cullison tracked Mr. Rubio on calibrated radar at 85mph in a posted 50mph zone. Contact was made with the driver and a detection of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from the interior of the vehicle. The Deputy also observed an open beer can inside the vehicle. A check of the arrestee's license revealed that his driver's license is currrently suspended. The driver admitted to consuming an alcoholic beverage prior to operating the motor vehicle. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the driver displayed signs of impairment. The driver submitted to a breath test and the results were over the legal limit. The driver was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 6:21 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to Unlawful taking of a vehicle or motor vehicle. Victim advised that sometime within the past few days, an unknown suspect(s) entered his property and removed a white Maxey Car Hauler from the property.
