On 10-28-15 at apprroximately 1:07AM Deputies conducted a welfare check on a white Acura car parked on the shoulder of Interstate 25. Upon running the license plate displayed on the vehicle it was found to be stolen. The driver of the vehicle, Mr. Gutierrez was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa fe County Jail accordingly.
