Deputy responded to a residential burglary, upon investigation it was determined that suspects broke a window and entered the home and took the above listed items during the hours of 8 a.m. and 1230 p.m.. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Jorge Rodriguez, 45 years of age, Santa Fe, NM 87507
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division adopted this case from the Sandoval County Sherifff's Office in regards to the above stated criminal offenses. Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office I.C.A.C ( Internet Crimes Against Children) Detectives followed up on the information received and it was found that the arrestee was using an electronic device to exploit, solicite and communicate with a child (Minor, under the age of 18) in a sexual manner. An arrest warrant was obtained for the defendant and he was arrested on today's date without incident and was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility..

Missing: Catherine St. Gregory 56 yoa female (Santa Fe)
BOLO: 2013 Nissan Rogue BLUE IN COLOR
The above listed person was last seen on September 21 at her sister's residence leaving to Arizona. At this time the missing person is overdue and yet to be heard from. The missing person was entered into NCIC as a missing person and bolos for the missing person were sent out across the southwestern United States.

Location: US 84-285/Ave. Vista Grande (El Dorado)
Arrested: Martin Flores 51 yoa male (Santa Fe NM)
Deputies stopped the suspect's vehicle for a registration offense, and found the driver to be intoxicated. The driver performed SFST's where he was found to be impaired. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail without further incident. The vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Detenion Center to serve a warrant on the above suspect. The warrant was issued out of Disrict Court for failure to comply with Electronic Monitoring. The suspect was re-booked and remained in jail.

Location: 2300 Block Camino Meliton (Santa Fe NM)
Victim reported someone unlawfully gained entry into his vehicle between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Once in the vehicle the suspects stole clothing, medications, a back pack and a knife. Investigation is underway.

Arrested: Lisa Sanchez (41 yoa female Santa Fe)
On the above date the above person was stopped for a traffic violation. deputies located the above suspect to be in possession of drug parapernalia and marijuana. The suspect was arrested and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Deputies responded to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center to serve two outstanding warrants on the above suspect. The warrant was issued out of Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines. The above suspect was re-booked on the warrants.

Arrested: Darin Sapcutt 25 yoa male (Cordova NM) & Gilbert Romero 33 yoa male (Cordova NM)
Charges: Mr. Sapcutt: Warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court failure to pay fines.
Mr. Romero: Warrant out of First Judicial Court Fail to comply with probation.
On the above date the above individuals were in a vehicle which was stopped for minor traffic offenses. The two males were identified and had active warrants for their arrests and were arrested.

Victim reported they had entered into an agreement online with an unknown person to buy a vehicle. As a result an $800.00 payment was sent to the suspect via Moneygram. Case is under investigation.
