Victim reports unknown person obtained two loans on the internet under the victims personal information. The dates the loans were taken out is unknown at this time. Victim learned of the theft after recieving several phone calls at the above location from a collection agency. A total of $600.00 in loans was obtained. Case still pending further investigation.

Karl Neff was arrested for DWI after he was stopped for weaving on I-25 and was found to be impaired. His BAC was .11. He was charged first offense DWI and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Steve Gutierrez, 55 years old, Espanola, NM, 87532
On Tuesday, September 29, 2015 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a fight in progress. Pojoaque Tribal Police officers conducted a traffic stop on a black chevy pickup, which dispatch had given as a description as the suspects vehicle fleeing the area. During the course of the investigation,the driver was identified as Steve Gutierrez. Steve showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. A check of his driver's history revealed he had at least three prior DWI convictions and was driving on a revoked driver's license. A blood draw was conducted and Steve was transported to Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Victim reported sometime between 8:30am and 4:32pm on today's date, unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the residence through the front door by prying the door open. Victim reported unknown suspect(s) removed the DVD player from on top of the television and placed the DVD player on the couch for unknown reason prior to leaving the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Inmate David Wheeler was involved in a physical fight with another inmate when (5) other inmates joined in and began kicking and punching the victim inmate repeatedly. Victim inmate suffered (2) fractured spinal vertebrae along with multiple scrapes and bruises to his head and body. All suspects were charged with Aggravated Battery with Great Bodily Harm.

Deputies responded to the above address in regards to a warrant service. Upon arrival to the residence, deputies made contact with the above suspect. The suspect was taken into custody, with no issues, he was tansported to ADC. The warrant was issued out of Hidalgo County Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines.

Victim reported that on September 4, 2015 between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the garage that was left open. Upon entering the garage, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the trunk of the victim's 2006 Acura vehicle and stole above mentioned item. Victim valued the stolen item to be about $1,123.60. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On Sunday September 27, 2015 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Interstate 25 mile marker 271 in reference to a reported motor vehicle crash. Deputies arrived and discovered that a vehicle exited the 271 exit and proceeded northbound on the southbound lane. The wrong way driver crashed into another vehicle's trailer. Deputies arrived and made contact with the driver that was traveling the wrong way, the driver was identifeid as Miranda Trujillo. Miranda showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. A blood draw was conducted and Miranda was transported to Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where she was booked accordingly.

On 9-27-15, Deputies responded to the above area regarding a vehicle being parked in the middle of a field. Upon arriving, the above listed person was found passed out behind the wheel with the vehicle running and in drive. After performing field sobriety tests, it was determined that the subject was impaired. The subject was arrested and booked accordingly.
