Location: El Gancho Fitness Center located off Old Las Vegas Highway and El Gancho Way
Damaged property: Glass door, wooden cabinets and a safe. Total value of $2,600
On 10-19-15 just after midnight someone entered the fitness center by breaking a large glass door. Once inside they pried open a wooden cabinet containing a safe and pried the safe open. The safe did not contain anything of value and the business does not keep any money on site. Nothing was reported stolen from the business.

Arrested: Johnathan Chavez, 29yoa male, Santa Fe NM
Charges: Battery on a house hold member, DWI, Resisting/Evading/Obstructing
On Sunday, October 18th the above subject was learned to have battered his girlfriend earlier in the day. The subject was seen driving a motorcycle in the area and contact was made. Once contact was made the subject fled on foot from a Deputy and was Tazed while fleeing. The subject then escaped out of the patrol unit while it was parked and he fled once again before being caught and placed back into the unit. The subject showed several signs of intoxication and was booked on the above charges accordingly. Subject refused the NM implied consent act and did not provide a breath sample.

Suspect: Jacqueline Wheeler 29 yoa female (Santa Fe NM)
Victim reported he and his child's mother were arguing when she pushed him. Due to the push Victim was stepping back when he fell to the ground. It was later discovered victim had fractured a bone in his leg and ankle as a result of the push. An arrest warrant was issued for the suspect as she could not be immediately located at time of report.
0215016409 - Revoked Driver’s License/Bench Warrant - 10-18-15

Location: US-84/285 – 181 Mile Marker
Arrested Person: Johnny Valdez – 38 – Santa Fe, NM
Suspect was stopped for an expired registration plate and was found to be operating his vehicle on a Revoked Driver’s License, with the arrest clause attached. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility
The suspect’s vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Ordinance.
The suspect was also booked on an outstanding bench warrant from Bernalillo County for Failure to Appear and Contempt of court.

Victim reported that between 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. an unknown person or persons had entered their residence and stolen multiple items to include curtains, vacuums and bedding. Investigation is on-going.

The above listed induvidual was arrested at his residence without incident and booked into ADC. Pacheco was booked on two outstanding bench warrants.

Arrested: Joseph Gutierrez 21 yoa male (Espanola NM)
Above suspect was stopped for failing to stop at a red light. Upon being identified the driver was found to be driving while his license is revoked for a prior DWI. The driver was arrested and booked without incident.

Victim reported that between October 16th and October 17th, an unkown person forced entry into a tool shed and appeared to have rummaged through the shed. Victim is unable to provide a list of missing items at this time.

Location: 200 block of NM 503, Santa Fe, NM (Nambe Area)
Victim reports at the above location unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry. Entry was gained between October 15, 2015 at 5:00pm and October 17, 2015 at 12:00pm by forcing open the front door. A $150.00 in damage was caused to the wood door. Items taken from the residence is pending at this time. Case still pending further investigation.
