Above suspect was stopped after his vehicle was failing to maintain a single lane of travel. Suspect smelled stongly of an alcoholic beverage and refused to submit to field sobriety tests. Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test which his results were .30 .30. The suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

Location: Residence on Calle Lazo Erante in the Vista Verde Subdivision off Airport Road.
The victim reported on 01-26-15 at about 12:00PM he was inside his home when he heard someone attempting to kick open his back door. As he approached the back door the suspect kicked it open and observed the victim at which time 2 males in their late teens ran from the property and got into a white in color 2000's model Mercedes car fleeing the area.
