Deputies observed the above the above driver driving eratic. A traffic stop was conducted an odor of an intoxicating liqour was emitting from the drivers person and expelled breath. Standardized field sobriety tests were administered were signs of impairment were noted. The driver subsequently registered a breath test of twice the legal limit (.16). The driver was was charged and booked accordingly on the above stated charges. The drivers vehicle was also seized pursuant to SFC ordinance 2006-5.

On Thursday, January 29, 2015, at 1:19 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a missing person. Missing person's wife reported the missing person had been missing since January 25, 2015 at 10:00 PM. Missing person was entered into the National Crime Information Center.

On Thursday, January 29, 2015, at 12:20 PM, Deputies responded to location inreference to a Larceny. Reporting party advised that sometime in the last week that an unknown suspect(s) removed some construction equipment from the location. It is in unknown who may have removed the item at this time.

Vehicle: Gold in color 2009 Ford F-150 truck bearing New Mexico license plate 617RAJ valued at $18,000.
The victim reported he lent his Ford F-150 to a 49-year-old female in November of 2014 and she never returned it. She may possibly be living somewhere in texas at this time.

Diana Gutierrez was arrested for Battery Against a Household Member after deputies discovered she had battered a household member during a domestic dispute causing minor injury.

Arrested: Herbert Trujillo 61 years old, Espanola, NM, 87532
On January 28, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputy C. Zook observed a silver in color Toyota traveling on US 84/285. Said vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. Further investigation showed the driver, Herbert Trujillo was operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked arrest pursuent. The driver was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where he was booked accordingly. The vehicle was seized.

Charged / arrested: Gustavo Aldana-Mata 26 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507
On January 27, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to Santa Fe Adult Detention Center in reference to a reported inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Deputies arrived and were advised that a controlled substance was located in inmate Gustavo Aldana-Mata's cell. Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies were given possession of the narcotic. The inmate was charged and re-booked accordingly.

Stolen: various jewelry, US currency
On Tuesday January 27, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Cloudstone Drive in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated sometime between January 27 at 8:00 am to 2:30pm on January 27 suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained the suspect(s) took various jewelry and US currency from within the home. The scene was processed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.

Victim repoted between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm an unknown person forced entry into their home. Once inside the suspects stole numerous items of jewlery. Investigation is underway.

Victim reported between the hours of 11:00 am and 3:00 pm unknown suspects forced entry into their residence. Once inside suspects stole a television and PS3. Investigation is on-going.
