Arrested: Roberto Hernandez, 47-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 06-21-15 a blue 1996 Chevrolet truck was observed driving on Valle Vista Blvd dragging a tree under the vehicle and driving on a flat tire. A traffic stop was conducted and contact made with the driver, Mr. Hernandez. He showed signs of intoxication and a DWI investigation was conducted. He was arrested for DWI and a breath test showed his breath alcohol concentration to be over twice the legal limit.

Stolen: Ipad and a Sony DVD player. Total value of $800
The victim reported sometime between 06-21-15 after 8:00PM and 06-22-15 before 1:30AM someone entered their home through an unlocked door and stole the above listed items.

Arrested Person- Karen Lepic 48 yo Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a domestic dispute. Upon investigating the incident, it was found that the suspect threatened to kill or do great bodily harm to the victim with a deadly weapon. While speaking to involved persons, the suspect battered the victim in front of the deputy. Evidence was collected at the scene and the suspect was arrested.

Arrested: Armando fernandez, 39 years of age, Rio Rancho, NM 87114
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic dispute. A verbal altercation ensued between the suspect and victim and the altercation turned physical. Evidence at the scene and on the victim indicated the suspect battered (Kicked) the victim. The suspect was arrrested and booked on the above charge.

Arrested: Natalia Sandoval , 26 years of age, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505
Deputies initiated a trafffic stop at the above location with the above stated driver. Deputies detected an odor of alcohol emitting from the interior of the vehcile. The driver admitting to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to operating her vehicle. The driver showed signs of impairment during testing. The driver was subsequently booked and arrested on the above stated charges.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an auto burglary and it was reported between the times of 8:00pm on Friday June 19, 2015 and 2:00am on Saturday June 20, 2015 unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the victims vehicle. Items were stolenm were identification(s), a purse and medication. This case is currently under investigation.

On Friday, June 19, 2015 at 12:00 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a larceny. An unknown suspect removed an electronic item valued at more than $500.00 from an unsecured room when the room was unoccupied. Investigation is ongoing.

Charges: Theft of Credit Card, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card
On Friday, June 19, 2015 at 2:40 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a stolen credit card. Someone had stolen the victim's credit card and made two charges on her card. Victim has since cancelled the credit card. Investigation is ongoing.

Deputies reponded to the above address and learned and unknown person gained entry into the residence. While inside the suspect stole a set of checks from the residence. The victim did not locate any other items stolen. Case is under investigation.

Location: Caja Del Rio Road
Stolen: Purse with Credit Cards, Driver's License, Check book and wallet.
Deputies responded to the victims residence and learned the victim was at the dog park on Caja Del Rio Road. While at the dog park an unknown person gained entry into a 2012 Kia Soul by breaking the passenger side window. The unknown suspect stole the victims purse from within the vehicle. Case is under investigation.
