On Monday January 26, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Valle Duran in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated sometime between 10:30p.m. and midnight suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was made the suspect(s) took a purse with credit cards and other various contents. The scene was processed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.

Location: Missing from the Pojoaque area
Missing person: 53-year-old David Golubosky
Vehicle: 1977 Jeep CJ-5, gray and red in color with a shark logo painted on the hood and fenders bearing New Mexico license plate "MSHARK".
On 01-26-15 Mr. Golubosky was reported missing from his residence in the Pojoaque area. He was last seen on the morning of 01-25-15 at approximately 9:00AM when he left his residence in his 1977 Jeep CJ-5. His destination was unknown but friends suspect he may have went 4-wheeling in the Truchas New Mexico area. He never returned home and did not show up for work this morning.

The victim reported someone stole his handgun from the victims residence sometime on 01-25-15. The victim provided information on a possible suspect.

Deputies were notifed of a male down at the above listed location. Upon arrival the subject was located deceased. OMI arrived on scene and advised there were no signs of foul play.

Arrested: Manuel Mora Santa Fe 30 yoa male
Above suspect was arrested after he was involved in a minor collision and fled the scene. Suspect was also found to have been operating the vehicle while his license privileges was revoked.

Victim reported to deputy that sometime between January 23, 2015 at 11:00 am to January 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m., unknown persons forced entry into the home by kicking open the front door. Victim stated once inside, the suspects ransacked the home and opened drawers to cabinets. No items were reported missing from the home by the victim. Case is under investigation.

Deputy was dispatcehd to location in reference to a motor vehicle crash, hit and run. Upon Deputy arrival, the driver of the suspect vehicle was located and was found to be operating his vehicle while his license was revoked and also failed to stop and render aide after striking the victims vehicle. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
