On Monday, June 1, 2015 at 6:21 PM, Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a domestic dispute. The victim and suspect got into a verbal argument and during the argument the suspect battered the victim. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without inicident.

On the above date, deputy was dispatched to the above address reference to a domestic dispute. Upon completing his investigation, it was determined that the arrested person had battered two of her family members. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Arrested: Randall Gallegos Age: 25 Santa Fe,NM
Deputy initiated a traffic stop with vehicle after dispatch received multiple calls of the drievrs driving habits. Deputy observed signs of impairment and requested the driver to submit to sobriety testing. Driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. The results of the tests were .19/.18 The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: Rersidence on Willow Road, Edgewood N.M.
Arrested: Robert Serna, 21-year-old male from Edgewood N.M.
On 05-30-15 at approximately 11:15PM Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Willow Road in reference to an unconcious juvenile male who had consumed alcohol. Upon arrival further investigation revealed the above defendant provided alcohol to the minor. The defendant was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charge.

Arrested: Jorge Martinez-Rodriguez, age 34, Espanola, NM
The above subject stopped for crossing over the center line of the road. He failed the SFST's and was arrested for the above charges. The suspect submitted to a breath test with results of .20/.19. The suspect also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. His vehicle was siezed as per the county ordinance. He was booked at the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

An unknown suspect threw a weight threw the laundry room window at the above location to gain entry into the residence. Once inside the above items were stolen, no suspects have been developed in the case. Case is under investigation.

Santa Fe Sheriif Deputies responded to an address on Cerro Alto Road in reference to a reported breaking and entering call. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who advised suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the victims home, once entry was gained. Victim had not noticed anything taken at this time. This case remains under investigation at this time.
