Arrested: James Martin 44 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507
Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Gils Way in reference to a reported fight. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated the suspect forced way in to his home and pushed the victims girlfriend and began fighting with the victim. The suspect then armed himself with a knife and struck the victim with it. The fight all occured in front of the vicitms child. The victim sustained minor injuries. The suspect was located and placed under arrest. The suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

On Friday, April 24, 2015 at 4:01 PM, Corporal made contact with the victim. Victim attempted to file his taxes on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 and was advised that an unknown suspect had already filed a tax return using his social security number.

Deputies responded to a report of an un-responsive 69 yr old female. Fire Dept. personnel arrived on scene and found the female deceased. She had a history of chronic COPD. No Foul Play suspected.

Deputies responded to report of domestic abuse and discovered the suspect had battered a household member causing bruising and swelling to victim's face. He was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Billy Ray Spencer 21 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Deputy attempted to conducted a traffic stop on the above listed subject who was operating an ATV. The driver fled the traffic stop and attempted to evade the deputy by turning onto a dirt road. In doing so, the driver's ATV had a mechanical malfunction and came to a stop. Driver was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Thursday, Apirl 23, 2015 at 3:16 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. It was discovered that an unknown suspect(s) had forced entry into the residence by damaging the front door. Damage was also caused to the inside and outside of the residence. Suspect(s) removed an appliance and a door from the residence.

On Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 5:07 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a fraud. Victim advised he allowed tech support to connect to his computer to fix his computer. Victim discovered that several withdrawels were taken out of his bank account. Victim contacted tech support and was advised the money would be returned if he payed a certain amount of money for fixing his computer.
