Jeremiah Herrera was arrested for Assault against a Household Member and Criminal Damage to Property after deputies responded to a domestic dispute and learned that he had assaulted a household member and damaged various property. He was booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, they contacted both parties involved. Victim reported that suspect struck her during an argument. Suspect then gave his statements about the incident and was placed under arrest. Suspect was booked into the jail without incident.

Charges: Harboring or aiding a felon, Resisting, Evading, Obstructing an Officer, and Possession of drug Paraphenalia
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a White in color Infiniti for failing to stop a stop sign at the above location. When deputy was approaching the vehicle the driver than proceeded to drive forward. A passenger from the vehicle then jumped out of the vehicle and fled the area on foot. A foot pursuit ensued after the passanger as the vehicle also fled the area. The vehicle was then stopped by another Deputy shortly after where the above suspects admitted to knowingly giving a wanted felon a ride, who fled from the vehicle. The above suspects were booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

On Friday, December 5, 2014 at 11:23 PM, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies learned that suspect entered the residence by forcing entry through a locked door, damaging the door, battered another person in the residence as well as the victim, who is a household member. Suspect fled the scene prior to law enforcement arrival. Suspect was not located in the immediate area of the location. An arrest warrant was obtained for the suspect and was entered into N.C.I.C.

On Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 2:12 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location at 103 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.

On Friday, December 5, 2014 at 10:33 PM, Deputy observed vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed heading west bound on Agua Fria. Deputy observed the vehicle pass another vehicle in a double yellow. Deputy initiated a traffic stop on the the vehicle and the vehicle came to a stop at location. Suspect provided a false name and date of birth multiple times to the Deputy. Suspect was identified by another individual. Suspect did not possess a valid driver's license. Suspect was placed under arrest and was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Friday, December 5, 2014 at 5:47 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The vehicle was also not displaying a license plate. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 as ammended.

On Friday, December 5, 2014 at 1:50 AM, Deputy stopped vehicle for failure to dim headlights. Suspect was driving the vehicle and had an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath, blood shot watery eyes, and slurred speech. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted and suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and the suspect agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided a breath test with results greater than .16. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
