Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernila, and Resisting, Evading, obstructing an officer
Deputies responded to a suspicious male all in black clothing in the above area. Animal Control officers were already on scene and observed the above male subject attempting to leave in a Red Chevy Passanger Car. Upon deputies arrival the above male fled on foot into the mountains. It was learned that the above male had an active arrest order out of Probation and Parole. Deputies pursued the above male and located him. Incident to arrest the above was found with several used hypodermic needles and a pipe with residue inside of it. He was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

On Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 8:07 pm, Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a Burglary. Victim advised that sometime during the day an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence by damaging a window and removing a firearm and jewelry items from the location.

The above driver was stopped for traveling on the wrong side of the roadway and almost colliding with a deputy. The driver was found to be impaired and was placed under arrest. He refused to submit to a breath test and was subsequently booked into the Adult Detention Center.
