On Friday, October 10, 2014 at 1:07 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location in the northbound lanes of traffic.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and refused to submit to a Blood Test.  The suspect was found to be in possession of a spoon and cotton ball containing suspected heroin residue.  The suspect was also found to be in possession of a syringe which contained a brown in color liquid suspected of being heroin.  The suspect was also found to be in possession of three (3) partially burnt cigarettes containing suspected marijuana.

On Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 11:00 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location.  A Registration Inquiry revealed that the suspect is the registered owner of the vehicle and that his New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached.

On Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 6:19 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location at 106 Miles Per Hour in a posted 65 Miles Per Hour Zone.  The suspect was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.  The suspect was also found to have an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Otero County Magistrate Court for Failure to Comply With Conditions of Probation.  The suspect has a prior DWI Offense and as a result the vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 as ammended.

On Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 12:22 AM the suspect was in physical control of the vehicle at the location.  The vehicle was stopped outside of a security gate at the location.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.  The suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is suspended. The suspect provided a ficticious date of birth.  The suspect was found to be in possession of two (2) open bottles of Budweiser Beer.  The suspect was also found to have an Active Arrest Warrant issued by the 1st Judicial District Court for Failure to Comply With Conditions of Release.

On Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 12:22 AM the suspect was the rear seat passenger in the vehicle which had been stopped at the location for being suspicious.  The suspect was found to have an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear.  The suspect was also found to be in possession of a smoking device commonly used to ingest crack cocaine.

SFCSO Case # 0214016171/ DWI, Roadways laned for traffic and Driver license upon demand/ 10-08-2014

Location: Hwy 14/ Interstate I-25- Santa Fe County

Arested: Joshua D. Ungefug 23 yoa, Santa Fe, New Mexico.

A traffic stop was conducted with the above driver in his vehicle at Hwy 14/I-25 for failure to maintain his lane of traffic. Contact was made with the driver who could not provide a drivers license and signs of impairment were noted. Field sobriety tests were performed and again, signs of impairment were noted and the above stated driver was subsequently arrested without incident on the above charges.
