Victim's reported that they were out of town from March 24th to March 28th and returned to find their home burglarized. There was evidence of forced entry and numerous electronic items were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report. Investigation is ongoing.

Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance to wit: Suboxone
Correction Officer reports a pat search was conducted on the above inmate at the above location. A note paper containing a small orange strip consistent with Suboxone was found in the left sock of the above inmate. The above inmate was re-booked and charged accordingly on the above charge without further incident.

Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Rivera Lane in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated between March 26, 2015 and todays date suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took several firearms and tools from within the home. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Erlynda Aragon - 30 years of age, Santa Fe, NM
On 3/28/15 at about 12:43am, deputies responded to a domestic altercation at the above location. The investigation concluded there was evidence of battery and the above suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC. The victim sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Victim reported that sometime between 7:30am and 8:30pm on March 27, 2015, someone gained entry to her home by prying open a window. Power tools, a television, and jewelry were taken from inside. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report. Investigation is ongoing.

Charges: Distribution Of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance, Speeding.
The above suspect was stopped for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop deputies located marijuana, a digital scale, glass pipe and loose Vicodin in the vehicle. The driver was arrested for the above charges.

On 03/26/15 the above individual was placed under arrest on a Remand Order at the First Judicial District Court. The arrestee was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility to be booked. While being searched by Corrections Officers, a syringe was found being concealed on the arrestee's person. The arrestee was charged accordingly for the above listed offense.

The locking plate and shed metal siding were damaged. Estimated value of damage: $200.00. Once inside the above items were taken. Case pending further investigation.
