Victim reported between 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. while his vehicle was parked on the shoulder of the roadway in a parking area, an unknown person forced entry into the rear of his vehicle and took a citizens band radio. Investigation is on-going.

Victim reports overnight unknown persons gained unlawful entry into a Silver 2005 Ford Escape between the dates of September 6, 2014 and September 7, 2014 at the above location. Entry was gained through unknown means and once inside the vehicle took the above items. The handgun was entered into the National Crime Information Center as stolen. Case still pending further investigation.

Arrested: Justin Martinez - age 23, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was stopped for an equipment violation. The driver was found to have a revoked license and in possession of a controlled substance. The vehicle was seized per SFC Ordinance and the driver was placed under arrest.

Victim reports unknown persons gained unlawful entry into a Blue 2005 Toyota Corolla at the above location between the dates of September 6, 2014 at 8:00pm and September 7, 2014 at 8:00am. Entry was gained through an unlocked door. Once inside the above item was taken. Case still pending further investigation.

Suspect - Shealynn Trujillo - age 22, Abiquiu, NM
Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. The investigation showed evidence that the above suspect unlawfully entered the residence with the intent to damage property of her ex-boyfriend and committed battery while inside. Evidence also showed the suspect rammed her car into the victim's car while he was trying to drive away. The suspect fled the area and a warrant was obtained for her arrest.

Deputies contacted the listed person after he was reported as a reckless driver. The individual displayed signs of impairment and submitted to field sobriety testing. Above person was found to be impaired and was arrested. Individual submitted to chemical testing with the results being .18/.19. The vehicle was seized in accordance with DWI seizure ordinance.

Miscellenous tools, electronics and personal items valued at $160.00 were taken from inside the vehicle. The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating this matter.

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .17 BrAC. He was booked into ADC accordingly.
