Deputy observed the above listed suspect operating a vehicle without a seat belt. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be operating the motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license. Driver was arrested and the vehicle was seized in accordance with county ordinance.

Victim reports that sometime between 3:15pm and 8:15pm on 9/30/14, someone forced entry through the rear door of the residence and stole numerous watches and Japanese swords. Investigation is ongoing.

On this date Deputies responded to Ravens View Road in reference to a reported burglary. During the course of the investigation it was found an unknown suspect gained entry into a locked building. While in the building the suspect took numerous items valued at more than $5000.00.

On September 30, 2014 Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an individual that had brought several knifes into the facility. During the course of the investigation it was found that the suspect had gone to the facility for a check in at electronic monitoring. Upon his arrival and meeting with his probation officer it was found that the suspect was in possession of three knifes. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On September 29, 2014, at about 8:33pm, the above driver was stopped at a DWI checkpoint and was observed to be impaired. The driver was placed under arrest and she refused to submit to a breath test. She was booked into ADC accordingly.

Deputies responded to a home in the given area reference to a fight in progress. Upon Deputy arrival, they learned the suspect bit the victim twice during the course of the fight. Victim and suspect both were taken to the hospital for treatment. Suspect was released and taken to jail, where he was booked accordingly.
