On Monday September 29, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Bogan Road in reference to a reported unlawful taking of a motor vehicle that was seen in the area. Said vehicle was taken from Torrance County. Deputies located the vehicle in Santa Fe County. The above suspect was found in possession of the motor vehicle and arrested accordingly.

Deputies responded to a male who had passed away. Investigation did not show any signs of foul play and the death appears to be of natrual causes.

Charged: DWI, Following Too Closely, Mandatory Proof of Financial Responsibility
On Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 3:20 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location and was following another to his front too closely. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.
Case 0214014580 Felony DWI/ Agg. Battery w/ a deadly weapon 09-25-14

Location: La Luna Road (La Cienega)
Arrested: Lynn Chapman 58 yoa female (Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to the area of La Luna Road in reference to a female who was revving the engine to the vehicle. SFRECC advised the female was possibly intoxicated.
Deputies arrived on scene and located the suspect in the vehicle, heavily intoxicated. The suspect submitted to field sobriety tests and signs of impairment were noted. It was learned the suspect had 3 prior DWI's.
Deputies also learned that earlier in the evening the suspect had intentionally ran over her paraplegic daughters left foot while engaged in a domestic dispute with her. The incident occured while the daughter was in a motorized wheel chair, and trying to leave the scene. The suspect was arrested and refused chemical testing. A search warrant was signed and the suspect was taken to St. Vincent's hospital for a blood draw. The suspect was then booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without further incident.

Vctim reported to Deputy that on September 25, 2014 between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. on September 26, 2014 unknown persons entered the vehicle and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Between 8:00 AM on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 and 1:30 AM on Thursday, September 25, 2014 person(s) unknown utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location by prying open the front door. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed a flat screen television and money from the residence.

Arrested: Sutton, Shirley 51, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87506
Deputies responded to the above location for a domestic altercation. While on scene deputies heard a struggle within the residence. It was later determined that while investigating the matter, an eleven (11) year old boy was battered. The defendant was charged and booked without incident.
