Suspect: Kimberly Lawrence Age: 38 Santa Fe
Deputies responded to a domestic dispute and learned that Kimberly Lawrence had threatened a Household Member with a knife as well as battered a Household Member. Lawrence was arrested and booked accordingly.

Stolen: Perscription pills, 1/8oz of medical Marijuana, 6 bags of meat
Victim reported that sometime around 11:00A.M. and 4:00P.M. and unknown suspect entered his residence threw an unsecure bedroom window. Suspect stole victims pain medications, 6 bags of meat, and an 1/8th oz of medical marijuana.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $240.00.

On August 29, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Adobe Creek Road in reference to a reported larceny. Contact was made with the victim who advised he suspected a tenant from taking appliances from the home. This case remains under investigation.

On Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 22:57 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location. For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side over turning 1/2 time coming to rest on its roof facing east. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was uninjured as a result of this collision.

On this date Corrections Officer at the Santa Fe County Jail stated she observed suspect become nervous and witnessed plastic bag in hand. C.O. reported she obtained the plastic bag containing a white powdery substance. Upon a more in depth search of the suspect, C.O. found the other mentioned items on the suspect.
Suspect was re-booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reported between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on August 27, 2014, his home was entered through an open window to his bedroom. Victim stated the only item taken was a safe with the above listed contents in the safe.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $9500.00.

On August 27, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies conducted a traffic stop an the above listed drivers vehicle. Deputy confirmed the driver was opering a motor vehicle while his privileges were revoked. The driver was stopped and identified. The driver was arrested accordingly for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked drivers license. Driver was tranported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center. The drivers vehicle was seized.
