Deputy responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival to the location they observed a vehicle missing the front bumper. The driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to the crash. The suspect displayed signs of intoxication and was given SFST's. Driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. The results of the tests were . 16/.17. Subject was booked into jail.

Deputy responded to location in regards to a suspicious male. Upon arrival, he was approached and told of the male gaining entry into a vehicle and stealing the abocve listed items. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

Vehicle: white in color 2007 Jeep Commander
On 08-26-14 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Orbaugh's vehicle. He was found to be driving on a revoked driver's license. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and his vehicle was seized.

On 08-25-14 between the hours of 12:00PM and 1:00PM someone entered the victims house by breaking a window and stole the above listed items.

On Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 3:31 AM deputies responded to the location in regards to a call of the suspect driving to the location to post a bond and possibly being impaired. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect also provided beer to the 19 year old male passenger in the vehicle.
