Location: Cities of Gold Casino, Pojoaque, NM

Arrested: Laura Orozco-Rodriguez age, 28, Espanola, NM

Deputies arrived at the above location and noticed a vehicle crashed into a metal post.  During the investigation the above suspect was located in the driver's seat of the vehicle and appeared to be intoxicated.  She was unable to perform SFST's and was arrested, suspect refused to submit to chemical testing.  She was booked on the above charge.

Location: 100 Block of Caja del Rio Road, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the Santa Fe Police Department and met the victims, who reported on May 5, 2015 they were followed by unknown suspects to the above location.  While at the above location the unknown suspects blocked the victims vehicle in not allowing the victims to leave.  The unknown suspects exited their vehicle and beat up the victims.  No suspects have been identified, case is under investigation.

Stolen: Generator, Tamper, Hammer Drill, Skil Saw and Body Harness

Tuesday, May 5, 2015, unknown persons unlawfully entered a construction site conex box located at the above address and stole the above items.  No suspects have been identified and cases is under investigation.

  Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Agua Fria in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated on todays date between 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took jewelry and electronics from within the home. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Daniel Garcia 38, years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to  an address on Pam Y Eutillia in reference to a reported domestic dispute.  Deputies arrived and located the suspect Daniel Garcia. Contact was made with victim(s) who stated the suspect battered his wife and and threatened the other victim, his father  with a weapon.

Location: Dandelion Circle, Santa Fe, NM, 87506 ( Los Companas area)

 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office responded to a call of a reported identity theft. Deputies arrived and make contact with the victim. The victim stated that unknown suspect(s) used the victims information to file taxes. The incident was reported to the IRS. This case remains under investigation.

  Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on East Arroyo Alamo in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated that on todays date between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took money from within the home. This case remains under investigation.

Location: Coyote Pass,  Santa Fe, NM,  87508 ( Rancho Veijo)

  Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Coyote Pass in reference to an 80 year old male not concious and not breathing. Santa Fe Medical staff arrived and began CPR. Medics were unable to find any signs of life on the victim. OMI was called to the scene. No signs of foul play were observed at the scene. It was reported the victim had an entensive medical history. This case remains under investigation.

Location:  Calle Po Ae Pi, Santa Fe, NM (Rufina Area)

Stolen: Misc. heavy equipment demo-tools total estimated value: $12,000.00

Victim reports at the above construction site unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into a Utility Trailer, Cargo Trailer, and Conex Box.  Entry was gained by cutting locks off the doors.  Once inside the above items were taken.  Total estimated value of damage $350.00 dollars.  Case still pending further investigation.

Deceased: Female, 86, Edgewood, NM

On Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 7:00 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to an unresponsive female. Attempts to revive the deceased were unsuccessful. The Office of the Medical Examiner responded to the scene. There were no signs of foul play.
