On Thursday August 07, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to take a report of an incident that occurred in the area of Bisbee Court in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies made contact with the complainant who advised on August 03, 2014 suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the vicitims vehicle, once entry was gained suspect(s) took cash in US Currency from the vehicle. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested:Jose Arreola 20 yoa male (Espanola NM)
Deputy observed suspect operatiing vehicle west bound on NM 76 with vehicle's hazards lights on. Vehicle then came to an abrupt stop and a welfare check was conducted on Suspect. It was learned suspect's privilege to drive was revoked and he was arrested without incident. Vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was learned that the suspect had unlawfully applied force to a family member. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

On Wednesday August 6, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an apartment at the Casa Rufina Apartments in reference to a stolen firearm. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated she suspected a guest at her home took her firearm from within her home. This case remains under investigation.

On Wednesday August 06, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to an address on North Paseo De Angel in reference to a reported larceny. Contact was made with the victim who stated he could not locate his firearm in his home and suspected a guest took the firearm from within his home. This case remains under investigation.

Victim reported that on this between 2:15pm and 3:30pm the above suspect made entry to the residence through a back window. Suspect / neighbor was located and he admitted to the burglary, and booked in the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reported that on this between 1923 and 1943 unknown persons gained entry to the residence through a side window. The window was not located and no damage was observed. Unknown persons took a safe with above contents.
