Deputies responded to a possible overdose at the above location. They arrived to find no overdose, but the above subject pushing his wife and holding down his mother against her will. He was arrested without incident and booked into ADC accordingly.

On Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 5:35 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a Fraud. Victim advised that someone forged her signature on one of her checks and cashed the check at an unknown bank in the amount of more than $500.

Location: State Road 503 at approximately mile marker 1 Santa Fe, New Mexico 87506
Deputies responded to a call for service in regards to a female who stated she was motioned to the side of the road at the above location by an unknown male. The victim advised the male approached her vehicle and advised her that she had a flat tire on her passenger side rear tire. The victim went to look at her tire but she found it was not flat. The victim got in her vehicle and drove away. While driving, she noticed her purse was missing from her passenger front seat. US currency, a cellular phone (Valued at $100), (4) credit cards, a New Mexico drivers license and (2) Social Security cards were in the purse when it was taken. At this time, no suspects have been identified in this matter. This case is currently under investigation.

Victim reported to Deputies that she and her boyfriend had been involved in a physical argument. Victim stated during the argument, the suspect stole US Currency by force. Suspect then fled the area. Deputies located the suspect during the investigation and arrested the suspect, transporting him to the jail.

Suspect: Male, 33, Santa Fe, NM
On Monday, March 9, 2015 at 8:12 AM Victim #1 and the Suspect were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the Suspect grabbed a phone from Victim #1's hand and threw it on the groud it. The Suspect then struck Victim #1 in the chest with the back of his hand knocking her to the ground. Victim #1 was not injured as a result of this incident. While enroute to the location deputies were advised of a possible structure fire at another residence at the location. Upon arrival there was active flames in the residence.This residence belongs to Victim #2. The Suspect's vehicle was observed leaving the location just prior to the fire being reported.

On Monday March 09, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of the Country Club Apartments in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the complainant. The Complainant stated between Friday March 06, 2015 at 5:00pm and March 09, 2015 at 8:00 am suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into a mechanics office, once entry was gained the suspect(s) then took several power tools from the room. Suspect(s) also took US currency in change from the area. This case remains under investigation.
