Stolen: Black Ipad 32G gen 2, Samsung 46" flat screen, brown lunch cooler
Victim reported sometime 10:30a.m. and 2:00p.m. unknown suspect entered the residence through an unlocked bedroom balcony door by tearing the screen door and stole the above listed items.
The items stolen were valued at about $2910.00

On Tuesday July 29, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Valle Tapia in reference to a burglary. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the victim. Victim stated that a suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took an electronic from within the home. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Marshal Dylan 22 years old, # 12 Lauro Drive, NM 87508
On Tuesday July 29, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Camino La Tierra and HeadQuarters Trail in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Santa Fe Deputies arrived and made contact with the above listed driver. An odor of alcoholic beverages was detected. SFST's were administered. Mr. Dylan showed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested. Mr. Dylan was transported to the Santa Fe Sheriff's Office where he was given a breath test. Mr. Dylan was then transported to the Santa Fe Sheriff's Office where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Bernice Ortiz, 48-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 07-29-14 at approximately 8:30AM the defendant was observed traveling south bound in the north bound lanes of travel on State Road 599. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the defendant who showed signs of intoxication. Field sobriety tests were administered and the defendant was subsequently arrested. A breath test was conducted and results showed the defendant to be over twice the legal limit.

On Monday, July 28, 2014 at 2:50 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location without a displayed license plate. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance or registration upon request. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. The suspect was found to be in possession of two suspected hydrocodone tablets. A check with the new Mexico Crime Information Center revealed there was a vaild Arrest Warran issued by the Rio Arriba Magistrate Court for the suspect.

Charged: Aggravated DWI, Open Container
On Monday, July 28, 2014 at 12:07 AM the vehicle was observed stopped, facing west at the location partially blocking the lane of travel. The suspect was found to be in physical control of the vehicle with the keys in the ignition and the engine on. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. There were several open containers of rum and beer located in the vehicle.
