Deputy was dispatched to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police who had stopped a motorist for being unable to maintain a lane of travel. Deputy arrived and administered field sobrierty tests. Signs of impairment were noted and subject was arrested. Subject had a breath alcohol content of .16. Subjects vehicle was seized in accordance with county ordinance due to a prior DWI.

On August 22, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of New Mexico State Road 503 in reference to a Tribal Law Enforcement agency that was requesting assistance. Contact was made with the Officer who advised that he conducted a traffic stop on the above driver, upon further inspection the officer discovered the driver had a revoked license with an arrest clause. The driver was confirmed to have a revoked license. The driver was placed under arrest accordingly and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention.

On Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 1:16 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to stop for a posted stop sign. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of that test are pending.

Victim reported that sometime between July 10, 2014 and August 20, 2014, an unknown suspect stole the above items that were near the gate at the intersection of Ridge Road and Shaggy Peak Trail
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $565.00.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a male who was unconcious and not breathing. Upon arrival Mr. Serna was found to have passed away. No foul play was observed on scene.

During the course of the investigation it was found that the unknown suspect had entered the residence through an open window. While in the residence the unknown suspect removed several electronic items.

During the course of the investigation it was found that the unknown suspect had entered the residence through an un-locked side door. While in the residence the unknown suspect removes numerous power tools and misc. fishing equipment.

On August 20, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Chimayo. Contact was made with the driver at which time it was discovered that the driver had an active and valid arrest warrant. Driver was arrested at which time a narcotic was located on the driver. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
