Arrested: Cardida Aragon, 19 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Selling or Giving Alcoholic Beverages to a minors: possession of alcoholic beverages by minors

Victim reports that a verbal argument insued between her and the above suspect.  Suspect pushed victim and was found to be under the influence.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly into ADC without further incident.

Location:  4100 Cheyenne Circle, Santa Fe, NM (Vista Primera Subdivision)

On 6/13/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 6/12/13 at 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into the residence through a window.  Victim stated that unknown persons took a laptop computer.  Estimated value of item taken is $1,900.00.  There was no damage to the residence.

Location: Paseo De Joya Santa Fe, NM 87506

Arrested: Phillip Herrera, 40 YOA, Santa Fe, NM 87506

On this date Deputy were dispatched to the above stated area in regards to an intoxicated male at the residence. Upon Deputies arrival, the intoxicated male observed Deputies arriving to the scene and attempted to flee. The male was told to stop and did not comply with any verbal commands. A small foot pursuit ensued and the above stated suspect was placed under arrest. The victim advised priot to our arrival to the residence, the suspect threatened to burn the house down with the victim in it. The suspect was arrested and biiked accordingly.

Location:  6100 block of Vuelta Ventura, Santa Fe, NM (Tierra Real MHP)

On 6/13/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. unknown suspects gained entry into her residence, her vehicle, and her shed.  Victim stated that unknown suspects stole a Wii gaming system, 20 Wii games, misc. US Currency, a Jig Saw, 2 extension cords, a bicycle, and misc. tools.  Estimated value of items taken is $2,062.00.  Estimated damage to the bathroom door and the shed door is $100.00.

Location:  residence off of Puwanini, Santa Fe, NM (Butterfly Springs MHP)

On 6/13/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an attempted burglary.  Victim stated that he noticed an unidentified man at his residence.  Victim stated that he approached the male while he was inside the victim's shed holding a nail gun.  Victim stated that the male stated he was waiting for a friend and the male took off.  Victim stated that the male then got into a white in color vehicle.  Nothing was taken from inside the shed.  No damage was done to the shed.

Location:  3900 block of Camino Vista Verde, Santa Fe, NM (off of Airport Road)

On 6/13/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 8:30 a.m. and 6:13 p.m. unknown suspects entered her residence by breaking a window.  Victim stated that unknown suspects stole 2 laptops, a backpack, and a cooling fan.  Estimated value of items taken is $2,225.00.  Estimated damage amount to window and blinds are $550.00.

Location:  residence off of Calle Prado, Santa Fe, NM (off of West Frontage Rd.)

On 6/13/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Complainants advised that unknown persons entered the victim's residence through a window at about 11:30 a.m.  Once inside the unknown persons stole an Apple computer, a flatscreen TV, and a TV with a DVD player.  Estimated value of items taken is $2,000.00.  There was no damage to the window.

Location: 2350 Casa Rufina Road, Santa Fe, NM (Rufina Road Area)

Stolen: Various Coins  Total Value: Unknown

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a suspicious vehicle in the area.  It was discovered that two vehicle's had been broken into through unsecured doors of  a silver in color Honda Civic, and white in color Dodge Pickup.  Stolen was the above items.  Case still pending further investigation.

Location:  6100 block of Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Country Club MHP)

On 6/12/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to an Identity Theft.  Victim stated that he received a letter from the IRS advising that an unknown person had been using his name and social security number while working at a refining business.  Vicctim stated that he has never worked for the business.  Victim stated that the IRS advised him that he owed them money.  Case is under investigation.


Case#:  0213008611/ Attempt to commit a felony to wit: Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  6/12/13

Location:  residence off of Boneyard Road, Espanola, NM (Arroyo Seco)

On 6/12/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to an attempted burglary.  Victim stated that on 6/11/13 between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. unknown persons attempted to gain entry into 2 residences on the above stated property.  Damage was to the door jam, a screen, and the door frame.  Estimated damage amount to both residences is about $330.00.  Entry was not made into the residences.
