Staff at the Santa Adult Detention Center located what appeared to be a narcotic on the above listed susoect. The suspect questioned, but denied having the narcotic. The suspect was charged accordingly and the substance will be taken for further testing.

The suspect failed to dim the lamps upon apprach of oncoming traffic. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of ,08 or greater.

On Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at 1:34 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at thwe location without activated headlamps. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was unable to produce his valid New Mexico driver's license upon request.

On Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 10:29 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location. For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control of the vehicle and allowed it to leave the roadway on the right side striking a tree. The suspect was found to be under the influence of a prescription medication and submitted to a Blood Test. The results of the Blood Test are pending.

Charges: DUI, Careless Driving, No Insurance, No Registration, Drivers to be licensed
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Driver was found by Espanola PD near the intersection of NM 76 and NM 106. He was transported to Espanola Hospital for treatment for minor injuries. Upon contact with driver there were signs of impairment observed. Alternative tests were administered showing signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest. Driver was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to a breath test. Resulting in BrAC .00/ .00. Drug Recongnition Expert administered a drug evaluation and driver submitted to a blood draw. Results pending from blood draw. Above was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to an Aggravated Burglary. Victim reported that sometime this date in the early hours some unknown person(s) broke a window to the residence and gained entry. Once inside the suspect(s) stole the above items. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Angel Carrillo 23 yoa female, Santa Fe NM
Charges: Aggravated DUI, and Careless Driving
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle collison. Upon arrival contact was made with the driver who had bloodshot watery eyes and an odor of intoxicant emitting from her breath. SFST's were preformed and driver displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory. Driver agreed to submit to a breath test, resulting in .22/ .22 BrAC. The above was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.
