Deputies observed a white in color Mercury Sedan failing to maintain its lane of travel at the above location. Upon contact with the driver an odor of intoxicant was emitting from her persons. SFST's were preformed where the driver displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and read the New Mexico implied consent advisory, at which time agreed to submit to a breath test. BrAC of .09/.09 result. Above was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

On this date a traffic stop was conducted with the above listed subject, it was discovered that his driving privileges were revoked with an arrest clause. The driver was arrested and the vehicle was seized. He was charged and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. Upon arrival victim stated she had been in a verbal and phyiscal altercation with her live-in girlfriend. Victim stated during the altercation she was pulled down to the ground by her hair and her left pinky finger tip was bitten off by her girlfriend. The above was arrested and booked accordingly without further incident.

Deputies observed a Silver in color Infinite failing to maintain its lane of travel A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle. Upon contact with the driver an odor of marijuana was emitting from his persons. Through further investigation the driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and submitted to a Legal Blood Draw. Driver was then booked and charged accordingly without further incident. Pending results from Blood Draw

Deputies observed a Black in color Nissan Sedan make an improper u-turn. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle at which time the driver had an odor of intoxicant emitting from her persons. During the SFST's the driver displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and advised of the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory at which time refused to submit to chemical testing. The above was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

On Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 9:20 AM deputies responded to a residence at the location in reference to an unresponsive male. Upon the arrival of medical personnel they were unable to revive the victim. The victim had an extensive cardiac history. Foul play is not suspected in tbis incident.

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. In the course of the investigation, the above suspect was found to be in possession of marijuana. She was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash. One of the drivers exhibited signs of impairment. He was treated at the hospital for his injuries and then placed under arrest for DUI. He was booked into ADC accordingly.
