On Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 8:30 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location with a non-operational left headlamp. The suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim reported being in a dispute with the above suspect. The suspect threw a knife at the victim along with other kitchen items causing a small cut to the shin of the victims leg. Suspect was located in a field near the residence and was arrested without incident. Suspect was transported to ADC.

Deputies responded to the Santa Fe Community College. Security Guards reported the suspect was kicking the window to the vehicle attempting to gain entry into the car. Suspect admitted to trying to break into the vehicle to steal an Apple Iphone. The suspect was arrested and transported to JDC.

On June 17, 2014 Deputies responded to the residence of 77 Sunsent Lane in reference to a Possible attempted Breaking and Entering. Upon arrival to the residence Deputies learned that a window on the residence had been damaged by an unknown individual(s) after it had been pried by an unknown object. It appears that the unknown individual(s) were attempting to gain entry into the residence and were unsuccessful. The owner of the residence was unable to give a time frame as to when the damage occurred however he stated he had purchased the house in December of 2013 and did a walkthrough of the residence at the time of the purchase and did not recall the damage being there at that time.

Suspect was stopped for speeding 80mph in a 65 mph zone. Driver showed signs of intoxication and was admisistered SFST. Driver was arrested after showing signs of impairment and admisitered a breath test, which indicated a BrAC content .13,13 Driver was booked into ADC and his vehicle was siezed pursuant to county ordinance.
