On Monday, August 18, 2014 at 8:29 PM the suspect was found to be in possession of the vehicle at a facility at the location. The vehicle had been reported stolen on August 15, 2014 from a restaurant parking lot in Las Lunas, NM. During the course of the investigation the suspect provided a false name, date of birth an social security number. It was also learned that there was an active Arrest Warrnt for the suspect issued by the Grayson County (TX) District Court.

Driver was arrested for Aggravated DWI after she was located in the parking lot of Nambe Drugs in control of her vehicle and showing signs of impairment. She refused Chemical Testing and was booked accordingly.

On August 18, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of State Road 503 in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies made contact with the victim who advised that sometime on August 17 between the hours of 6:00pm and 10:30pm unkown suspects gained unlawful entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspects took an electronic from within the home. This case remains under invstigation.

Victims: 4 year old child & 2 year old child
Location 2500 Block Sycamore Loop (Cottonwood MHP)
Deputies responded to a report at the above location at around 7:00 pm in reference to small children walking in the streets and area naked, Upon arrival Deputies located a 2 year old and 4 year old child in a residence. The homeowner advised they had located the kids and taken them inside to cloth them. Further investigation revealed the suspect who is the mother of the child had left the children home alone while she went to the gym with a friend. The suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

Arrested:Juan Gonzalez 43 yoa male Santa Fe
Suspect was stopped for failure to stop at a red light. Deputy administered field sobriety tests and suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was also found to be in possession of the narcotic cocaine. Suspect submitted to breath test which revealed a breath alcohol content of .13/.13 Suspect was arrested and booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without further incident.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a 82 yoa female not conscious and not breathing. Victim suffered from mulitple long term respiratory diseases. There were no signs of foul play. OMI responded and took over the investigation.

Charges: Aggravated Assault
Victim reports while at the intersection of SR 14 and SR 599 a maroon vehicle pulled up closely behind her. When vehicle passed on the right hand side the driver of the maroon vehicle pointed a silver handgun at the victim. The above suspect was located and positively identified by victim. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly without further incident.
