On TuesdayAugust 19, 2014 at 6:05 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle at an excessive rate of speed at a residence at the location. The suspect fled from deputies on foot and a Taser was deployed to bring the suspect under control. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of that test are pending. The suspect was found to be in possession of a smoking device containing burnt residue suspected of being marijuana.

On Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 10:39 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect threw a chair at the victim striking him in in the left shin. The victim required no medical attention for his injury.

Stolen: 1 black Sharp flat screen 32" tv, 1 black Phillips DVD player
Victim reported on this date sometime between 7:45am and 5:30pm, an unidentified suspect forced entry into the residence by throwing a rock through the northwest bedroom window and cut the window screen causing about $200.00 in damage and stole the above items.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $1400.

On August 19, 2014 Santa Fe County Sheriffs Department responded in reference to a reported aggravated assault. Contact was made with a potential victim who advised that she was riding her horse when a vehicle assaulted her with his vehicle. Contact was made with the other party who also claimed to be a victim, he stated the complainant assaulted him with a rock. This case remains under investigation for possible prosecution.

Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Caminito Quintana in reference to a reported case of identity theft. Contact was made with the victim who advised that she learned from her bank that a suspect used her personal information to open multiple accounts. The victim advised that she did not open the accounts. This case remains under investigation.

On August 18, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Cagua Road in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the victim who advised that between the hours of 5:30pm and 10:00pm on August 09, 2014 suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the vicitms home, once entry was gained suspects look US currency, jewelry and firearms from within the home. This case remains under investigation.
