The above suspect was stopped after the passenger was observed not wearing their seatbelt. During the course of investigation the driver was found to be revoked with the arrest clause. After the arrest was made a towing inventory was completed and suspected heroin and paraphernalia were found in the driver’s side door. Suspect was arrested without incident and the vehicle was seized per county ordinance. The passenger was issued a citation for the probable cause for the stop and released.

Once entry was gained the suspect removed 3 sets of dumb bells valued at $100.00. The suspect was located in possession of 2 sets of weights.

On Monday, June 16, 2014 betwwen 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM the victim had a medical emergency while at a facility at the location and was found unresponsive. Upon the arrival of Emergency Medical Services Personnel attempts to revive the victim met with negative results and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Foul play is not suspected in this incident.
