Stolen: 8 Radiators and Batteries, Generator, White bath tub, 3 Craftsman riding mowers, 2 unknown riding mowers, stack of Aluminum and stack of 20 guage wire.
Victim reported the above items taken from vehicles parked on his property. He also reported within the last two weeks the 5 riding lawn mowers were removed from his property as well. The generator was taken about a year ago.

Charges: Abandonment or abuse of a child
Deputies responded with CYFD to a home visit. Children in residence were left with unknown persons as suspect left the residence. Children were found to be residing in sub-standard conditions leading to concerns for their health and safety. Above suspect was arrested without incident and Children were placed with CYFD.

On Wednesday June 11, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriffs Deputies responded to the the area of Paseo Del Pinon in reference to a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the victim who advised that the suspect scratched him while he was trying to call 911. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked without further incident.

Arrested: Francisco Topete 57 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507
On June 11, 2014 Santa fe Sheriff Deputy Buchholz was patrolling the area of Airport Road when he observed the above listed suspect operating a motor vehicle without the use of his seatbelt as required by law. A traffic stop was conducted at which time it was learned the suspects driving privileges were revoked. The driver was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Detetention Center where he was booked without incident.

On Wednesday June 11, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriffs Deputies responded to an address near the West Frontage road in reference to a reported larcent. Victim advised Deputies that susect(s) took various jewelry from him. The reported incident occurred between May 25, 2014 and May 26, 2014. This case remains under investigation.

On June 11, 2014 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office responded to the area of Aspen Loop in reference to a reported burglary. Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim at which time contact was made with the victim. Victim advised around 6 pm unkwown suspects gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle and took electronics and US currency. This case remains under investigation.

Victim reported on the above date the victim reported his 2011 Mini cooper was burglarized while parked at her residence. The burglary occurred between June 10, 2014 at approximately 8:45 p.m. and June 11, 2014 7:15 a.m. The unknown suspect(s) entered the vehicle by breaking the passenger side window and stole the above listed items.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $2500.00

Suspect: Abraham Cardoza-Ponce, 22, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Battery Against a Household Member, Possession of a Controlled Substance,
to wit: Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 12:49 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect picked the victim up and struck her head against a metal pole. The suspect then fled the area in the vehicle. The victim was treated at the scene for a raised contusion to the back of her head and declined any further medical attention. The suspect was located a short time later in the vehicle by the Santa Fe Police Department. The suspect was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana along with a grinder and digital scales.

Between November 2013 and June 2014 an unknown person assumed the identity of the victim. Once this was done the unknown person opened a credit card account and filed a tax return with the Internal Revenue Service utilizing the victim's personal information.
