Edgewood Police Officer observed a Silver in color Toyota Pick-up traveling south on State Highway 14 fail to maintain its lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle at the above location. Contact was made with the driver, at which time it was learned the driver had a interlock restricted driver license. The vehicle was not equipped with the interlock system. Deputies arrived on scene and conducted a Drivers license check through NM Motor Vehicles. The drivers license check revealed the drivers license to be revoked with the arrest clause attached unless the vehicle operated was equipped with an interlock. The driver was placed under arrest and booked accordingly. A plastic zip lock bag was found on the floor board of the vehicle containing a green leafy substance. The vehicle was seized in accordance to the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

Suspect: Jennifer Pribble Age: 40 Arroyo Seco
Deputies responded to a Domestic Dispute and discovered that Jennifer Pribble had battered a Household member causing minor injury. During the arrest, Jennifer became combative and resisted Deputies. She was charged and booked accordingly.

Victim reported to Deputy that on this date at approximately 8:00 p.m. while traveling on Sunlit Drive, a person who she has had past problems with attempted to force her off the road. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Omair Marrufo, 23 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to a domestic violence call. Contact was made with the victim who stated that the above suspect grabbed her by the arm, and pushed her out of his way. The suspect then busted the window to the victims vehicle. Victim had visible injuries from the suspect who fled the area. An attempt to locate him was made with no findings.

On April 23rd Deputy Berger was in the area of Rufina and Camino Del Griego whe he observed a silver in color Hyundai Accent fail to stop at a clearly posted stop sign. A traffic stop was conducted during which time the driver of the vehicle was found to be impaired by an intoxicant . While searching the driver subsequent to arrest Deputy Berger located a glass pipe which had been used to smoke cocaine. The driver was taken arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

During the course of the investigation it was found that the inmate was found to be in possession of Marijuana and suboxone strips . The inmate was charged accordingly.
