Victim reports sometime between the hours of 9:21pm and 11:21pm unknown person(s) stole the above item from the above location.  Victm last remembers the phone being placed in an external pocket of her purse before entering the casino.  Case still pending further investigation.

Victim: 91 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a unresponsive male.  Upon arrival male subject was not responsive and not breathing.  Male suffered from Alzheimers and recently had a steady decline in health.  There were no signs of foul play.

Arrested: William Vigil 33yoa male Santa Fe NM

On June 5th, 2014 Victim reported  her boyfriend Mr. Vigil had punched her on the right side of her face, and strangled her by putting her in a choke hold while in the driveway of their residence. Mr. Vigil fled the scene on foot and was located shortly after hiding in the bathroom of the Shell Gas Station located at 7510 Airport Road. Mr. Vigil was arrested and booked without further incident.

On 06-04-14 between the hours of 8:30AM and 9:00AM someone entered the victim's vehicle by breaking a side window.  The suspect stole the victim's purse from within the vehicle.

On 06-04-14 between the hours of 8:30AM and 9:00AM someone entered the victim's 2012 Nissan SUV by breaking a window.  No items were stolen but the suspect rummaged through the interior of the vehicle. 


Case# 0214008580 Aggravated Burglary (Residential)

Victim:  Female, 27, Chimayo, NM

On Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 12:11 AM the victim arrived at a residence at the location and discovered an unidentified male in the residence.  It is unknown how the male gained entry to the residence as there was no signs of forced entry.  No items were taken and the residence appeared to be in order.  The unknown male pushed the victim to the ground as he fled from the residence.  The victim sustained minor abraisions to her elbow and foot and declined any medical attention.

On Wednesday June 4th, 2014 deputies were dispatched in reference to an alarm. Upon arrival it was determined an unknown suspect forced entry into residence and stole the above listed item. A white or light blue VW Beetle was seen in the area around the time of the burglary. Investigation in on-going.

Pedestrian:  Female, 5, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Jerome L. Urban, 27, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Immediate Notice of Accident

On Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at 8:00 PM the suspect was backing west, in a driveway, at a reesidence at the location.  For reason(s) unknown the suspect failed to observe the pedestrian playing in the driveway.  As a result the right front tire of the vehicle struck the pedestrian who sustained a broken right leg and multiple contusions.  The suspect fled the scene in the vehicle.  The suspect subsequently returned to the location and was founjd to be under the influence of a controlled sustance.  The suspect submitted to a BloodTest.  Results of that test are pending.  The pedestrian was treated at Christus Saint Vincent regional Medical Center for her injuries and subsequently released.

On June 3rd 2014 Deputies were sent to a residence located at 62A Calle San Martin in reference to a possible burglary. During the investigation Deputies learned that On June 1st Mrs. Frazier placed some jewelry in her nightstand consisting of a wedding ring and a pair of earrings. Between the dates of June 1st 2014 and June 3rd the jewelry was removed by an unknown individual(s) without the consent of the owner. Evidence was collected at the scene and will be forwarded to investigations for follow-up.

Arrested: Madlyn Chavez (18) Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: William Rodriguez (24) Santa Fe, NM

On Tuesday, June 3, 2014,Deputies responded to a Burglary at the above location.  Victim reported his motor home had been burglarized.  The above item was taken when the victim was working on a fence line.  The above suspects were located near the scene, interviewed and admitted taking the above item, they were arrested and booked at ADC, without incident.  Rodriguez also was served with a probation violation warrant.
