On the above date Deputies were sent to 10 Buffalo Thunder Trail , in reference to Burglary after the fact. During the course of the investagation Deputies learned the victim had left her hotel room at approximately 1830 hours and when she returned at approximatley 2130 hours an unknown subject(s) had gained entry into her hotel room and had taken $200.00 dollars that the above vicitm had in her purse. No suspects have been identified

On the above date a Jail Correctional Officer located the suspect with contraband on her person. The suspect had a baggie containing heroin and was arrested on the above charge.

Victim reported between April 17, 2014 and June 2, 2014, unknown person stole the victims vehicle from the side of the road. The above vehicle was entered into N.C.I.C. case is still under investigation.

Stolen: Car Stereo with Touch Screen, Samsung Galaxy Tablet with Pink case, Victoria's Secret makeup bag and 10-15 pairs of childrens shoes.
Victim reported between 12:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. on above date, unknown suspect stole the above listed items from the victims vehicle. Case is under investigation.

On June 1, 2014 Deputies responded a residence located at 2892 in reference to a reported Warrant that needed to be served. Upon arrival to the residence Deputies made contact with a male identified as Brad Ortega. It was found that Ortega was the target of the warrant. It was also found that prior to the arrival of the Deputies Ortega and his girlfriend had been involved in a family abuse argument during which time Ortega had been struck multiple time and bit in the face. The suspect, identified as Rebecca Gonzales was subsequently located hiding in her closet. Gonzales was arrested and transported to the Sanat a Fe County Adult Detention center without incident.

Vehicle: 2007 Chrysler 300 silver
On June 2, 2014 Deputies responded to the location of 10 Cities of Gold Road in reference to a reported Criminal Damage of Property. Upon arrival to that location Deputies learned that on this date an unknown individual approached the victims vehicle and “keyed” the Driver’s side of the vehicle resulting in damage. Attempts were made to locate the suspect but were unsuccessful at this time.

On Saturday May 31st, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Jail in reference to an inmate that was found to be in possession of (2) different narcotics. Deputies arrived and made contact with jail staff. Deputies were were given the narcotics as evidence. The inmate was questioned and admitting to being in possession of the narcotics. The inmate was charged accordingly.

Arrested: David Ulibarri 58 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87506
On Saturday May 31st, 2014 Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a located reckless driver. Contact was made with the above defandant. The defendant began cursing at Deputies and yelling loud. Citizens in the area began watching the incident. The defendant was warned several times to calm down. The defendant continued cursing and evetually walked toward a Deputy in an aggressive manner while pointing and cursing. The defendant was placed under arrest without further incident. The defendant was transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

On Saturday May 31st, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Jail in reference to a reported inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Deputies arrived and made contact with jail staff who informed Deputies that the above defendant was found in possession of a narcotic. The narcotic was taken as evidence and the inmate was charged accordingly.
