Deputies located a completely burned 2005 Pontiac GTO on the side of NM 503 near milepost 9.  During the investigation, deputies learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen to NM State Police earlier that morning.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reported on this date sometime between 7:30am and 4:30pm unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above address and stole the above listed items. This case is currently under investigation.

The above listed item was valued at about $11,000.00

On 4/26/13 a detective stated that he was almost struck  head on by suspect  Suspect stated that she was passing another vehicle in a no passing zone.  Suspect almost struck the detective's vehicle.  Suspect admitted to taking off from the detective when she saw the red lights.  Suspect then lost control of vehicle and struck a boulder.  Suspect had an expired registration on vehicle.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 4/26/13 at about 2:30 p.m. victim parked his bicycle in the side of the building of the Tesuque Village Market.  Victim stated that when he went to get his bicycle it was missing.  The bicycle is a Kona grey in color.  Estimated value of the bicycle is $2,500.00.

Stolen: $80.00 cash

The victim reported that sometime between 10:00PM on April 24th and 1:00AM on April 25 someone beat him up and stole $80.00 from his wallet.  The victim stated he was highly intoxicated at the time of the incident and did not know exactly where it happened.  He was also intoxicated at the time he reported the incident and was unable to provide detailed information about the incident.
