Arrested: Ortiz-Payan, Johana 21yoa, Espanola, NM 87532.

A traffic stop was conducted on the above stated individual/vehicle. A check through Regional Communications/NCIC revealed an outstanding warrant for arrest for the driver of the vehicle. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Vicitm reported to Deputy that on this date between the hours of 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm, unknown persons forced entry into the home and stole the listed type of items. Case is under Investigation.

On September 30th 2014 the victim noticed a fraudulent charge on her credit card in the amount of $800.00 for a purchase through Office Max website.

Stolen: 1 Snap On plasma cutter, 1 Snap On welder with stand.  Total value of $3,850.00

Victim reported sometime between September 29th and October 1st someone stole the above listed tools from a trailer parked on his properety.

Arrested: David Mora 27 yoa male Santa Fe

Deputy observed the above listed suspect operating a vehicle without a seat belt. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be operating the motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license. Driver was arrested and the vehicle was seized in accordance with county ordinance.

Victim reports that sometime between 3:15pm and 8:15pm on 9/30/14, someone forced entry through the rear door of the residence and stole numerous watches and Japanese swords. Investigation is ongoing.

On this date Deputies responded to a residenec in reference to a reported burglary. during the course of the investagation deputies found an unknown suspect entered the residence and removed items from within. evidence was collected and submitted to the crime lab.

On this date Deputies responded to Ravens View Road in reference to a reported burglary. During the course of the investigation it was found an unknown suspect gained entry into a locked building. While in the building the suspect took numerous items valued at more than $5000.00.

On September 30, 2014 Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an individual that had brought several knifes into the facility. During the course of the investigation it was found that the suspect had gone to the facility for a check in at electronic monitoring. Upon his arrival and meeting with his probation officer it was found that the suspect was in possession of three knifes. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
