Victime reported on May 22, 2014 FedEx delivered a package containing the above listed items to the wrong address. Victim advised she has not recieved the package and FedEx has no record of the package being returned. Suspect information is pending. Investigation is on-going.

Location: 3500 block of Charley Bentley Drive (Santa Fe/ Agua Fria Area)
Items taken: Speakers, amplifier, audio control.
Victims reside at the same residence and reported that between 1:00 am and 7:00 am unknown persons gained unlawful entry into their vehicles by opening the unlocked vehicles doors. Once inside the suspects took the above items from the vehicles. No suspect information at this time. Investigation is on-going.

Sometime between 10:00PM last night and early this morning someone entered a 2000 Oldsmobile through an unlocked door and stole 2 car stereos.

Stolen: air compressor, nail gun and skill saw. Total value of $890.00
Sometime between 5:00PM last night and early this morning someone entered a 1999 Ford truck through and unlocked door and stole the above mentioned items.

Stolen: wallet with cash and credit cards, car stereo. Total value of $749.00
Between 10:00PM last night and early morning hours on todays date someone entered a 1999 Chevrolet Camero through an unlocked door and stole the above items. The victims credit cards were used at various businesses in the Santa Fe area.

The above wanted male was taken into custody on an active felony warrant for Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon on a household member. Suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On May 22nd 2014 Deputies responded to the residence of 7485 Saratoga Lane in regards to a domestic violence report. Upon arrival and conducting an investigation Deputies learned that 73yo Pita Kuehfus had shut her husbands’ arms in the front entry door causing injury to them. After which Pita threw a wrought iron mirror frame in an attempt to cause injury to her husband. Pita was arrested and booked accordingly. Both Pita and her husband were checked by medical personnel.

Vehicle: 1995 Chevy Silverado Green/Green
On May 23, 2014 Deputies stopped a 1995 Green in color Chevy Silverado for failing to stop at a red light located at the intersection of Airport Road / Paseo Del Sol. During the course of the investigation Deputies learned the driver of the vehicle was impaired by an intoxicant. An inventory of the vehicle was taken during which time an open bottle of vodka was located with its contents partially removed. The driver was taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where she was booked accordingly.
