The above driver was stopped for failing to yield. When deputies made contact with her, she exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. She refused to submit to a breath test and was booked into the Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On 11/25/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an Embezzlement of a motor vehicle. Victim stated that he lent his vehicle a 1996 white Toyota Tacoma to his friend. Victim stated that the friend never returned the vehicle. The friend was arrested by Sandia Pueblo Police for an unrelated charge. Victim made contact with the suspect who stated that she would tell him where the vehicle is at if he bonded her out. Estimated value of the vehicle is $4,000.00.

On 11/25/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a fraud. Complainant stated that a male subject wrote a check on 11/12/13 for $500.00 and a check for $935.00 on 11/13/13 for services rendered. Complainant stated that both checks bounced and had to pay $8.00 for each check. Estimated value of the 2 checks is $1,451.00.

Suspect: Larry Hayes Age: 56 Pojoaque
Deputies responded to a disturbance call and discovered that Larry Hayes had threatened a housemate with a hammer after grabbing the housemate by the neck. Hayes was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and booked accordingly.

Subject: Richard Martinez Age: 35 Espanola,NM
Above person was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of impairment. Driver was administered sobriety tests and was then arrested and taken to jail. Driver submitted to chemical testing with the results being .10, .11. The vehicle was seized in accordance with the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance 2013-5.

Stolen: US currency, various tools
Victim reported between the dates of November 22, 2013 and November 23, 2013 unknowns suspects gained unauthorized entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspects took various tools and US currency. This case remains under investigation.

Victim reported that between 1700hrs and 2000hrs on 11-21-13 an unknown suspect took the above item from room 611D. Security advised anyone has access to the computer lab if they have a password to log onto the computers. The base of the computer stand was found in the men’s restroom near room 611D. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The above listed item was valued at about $900.00

Victim stated that he lent his vehicle to a friend on 11/20/13 at 7:00 a.m. Victim stated that the friend called him and advised him that a female had taken the vehicle. The vehicle is a red in color Chevrolet Blazer. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Suspect: 15 year old female, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Aggravated Battery, Battery against a household member
On 11/21/13 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim stated that she attempted to stop suspect from leaving and a struggle ensued. Suspect then bit victim on her arm. Suspect also struck her grandmother. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe Juvenile Detention Center.

On 11/21/13 deputy was dispatched to the above address in regards to a burglary. Victim stated between 2:30pm and 3:30pm an unknown suspect entered his shed. Victim stated unknown suspects took 4 tires and misc. copper/brass fittings. Victim stated unknown suspects cut the padlock. Estimated value of items taken is $720.00. Estimated damage amount is $20.00.
