The victim reported that sometime between 4/25/14 and 4/28/14, someone forced entry into a home under renovation. There was about $200 in damage done to the rear door. Nothing was missing from inside. No suspects or witnessess were known at the time of report.

On April 30, 2014 Deputies responded to a residence located at 6425 Vuelta Ventura in regards to a reported criminal damage to property. While conducting their investigation Deputies learned that the intoxicated suspect was wanting to get into the residence. The residence was found to be occupied by his girlfriend. Because the suspect was intoxicated the victim was not granting him entry into the residence. The suspect became upset and damaged the front door screen. The suspect was subsequently apprehended and booked accordingly.

Victim stated that between Friday, April 25th and Tuesday April 29th unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into the victims garage and took various tools. This case remains under investigation.

On April 28th 2014 Deputies responded to 10A Cities of Gold Road in reference to a possible domestic violence. Upon arrival Deputies made contact with the victim and learned that she had her boyfriend had been arguing during which time the suspect began to damage the victims vehicle. When attempting to make contact with the suspect the suspect fled on foot and was later apprehended. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On April 29, 2014 Deputies were in the area of 6450 Hickory in an attempt to locate a vehicle that may have been possibly involved in a Larceny at 4650 Airport Road. While there Deputies located the vehicle and a traffic stop was conducted. During the course of the investigation Deputies learned the driver of the vehicle was impaired by an intoxicant. The driver was arrested and an inventory was subsequently taken of the vehicle. While taking the inventory Deputies found a small plastic baggie on the front passenger’s floor board. Upon closer examination it was found that the baggie contained a green leafy substance. The driver was arrested and booked accordingly. The green leafy substance will be further analyzed.
