Charges: DWI, and Driver to be licensed
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a possible motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival deputies observed a Blue in Color Ford Explore drive up to the crash. Upon contact with the driver he had an odor of intoxicating beverage emitting from his person. SFST's were adminstered at which time the driver displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and found to not have a driver license. Driver provided breath samples resulting in .13/.13. Driver was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

Charges: DWI, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Careless Driving, and Driver to be Licensed
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a possible motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival deputies observed a Red in color Ford F-150 off the roadway onto the shoulder where it had struck a block wall. Contact with the driver was made where he had an odor of intoxicating beverage emitting from his person. SFST's were performed where the driver displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and found to be in possession of a clear baggy containing a green leafy substance. Driver was also found to not have a driver license. Driver provided breath samples with results .11/.12. Driver was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

Charged: Driving while license revoked, Registration Required
On 11/20/13 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Contact was made with the suspect who stated that he did not have a valid license. A driver's license inquiry was conducted and revealed that the suspect had a suspended/revoked license with the arrest clause. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Vehicle was not registered.

On 11/20/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that today he noticed that unknown persons had stolen the radiator out of his work truck. Estimated value of the radiator is $300.00. No damage to the vehicle.

On 11/20/13 deputy was dispatched to the above address in regards to a burglary. Complainant stated between October 1, 2013 and November 20, 2013 at 1:30pm, unknown persons stole (4) 6 volt batteries from one of their vehicles. Estimated value of items taken is $720.00. No damage to the vehicle.

On 11/19/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 11/18/13 at 8:00 a.m. and 11/19/13 at 7:30 a.m. unknown persons entered her residence through a side door. Victim stated that misc. jewelry was stolen from a metal tin and her closet. Victim also stated that a photo album was taken which was in the bedroom. Estimated value of items taken is $12,320.00. No damage to the residence.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location upon making contact with the driver it was discovered his drivers license was revoked with the arrest cause. Driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
