The victim reported that sometime between 2/4/13 and 2/5/13, someone stole her rent payment that she placed in the drop box of the mobile home park. The money order of $500.00 had already been cashed. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report.

Arrested: Ernesto Gonzalez-Guerra 39 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Abuse of a Child, Roadways laned for traffic, and Failure to Stop
Deputy observed a Red in color Cadillac fail to maintain its lane of travel and fail to stop at a stop sign at the above location. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle, at which time contact was made with the driver. Driver had an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and person. Driver admitted to consuming two Budweiser beers prior to driving and had a 9 year old child in the vehicle at the time of the stop. SFST's were adminstered on the driver, at which time showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and advised of the NM Implied Consent Advisory. Driver agreed to a breath test which resulted in .16/ .16 BrAC. Driver was transported and booked accordingly without further incident. CYFD was contaced about the 9 yoa and released to mother.

On Sunday March 09, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriffs Deputies responded to an address on SFC Road 78 in reference to an 79 year old male that was not breathing. Deputies along with medics arrived on scene. Medics began CPR, but were unable to find any signs of life. OMI was called to the scene. No sings of foul play were located.

Vicitm reports at the above location unknown persons gained unlawful forced entry into her 2003 Subaru Outback. The incident took place sometime between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 4:04 p.m. Entry was gained by breaking the rear window. Once inside the above items were taken. Total estimated value of damage: $200.00. Case still pending further investigation.

Victim reports on the above date a verbal arguement ensued between herself and the above suspect. The arguement then turned physical when the victim attempted to leave. Suspect pushed the victim, causing the victim to lose her balance and twist her ankle. Victim's ankle showed signs of minimal swelling. Suspect was then arrested and charged accordingly without further incident on the above charge.

Notice of Accident, Mandatory Proof of Financial Responsibility, Display of
Registration, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: marijuana
On Friday, March 7, 2014 at 4:37 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location. For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control o0f the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side and striking a tree. The suspect fled the scene of the crash and was subsequently located at his residence. The suspect was unable to produce a driver's license or proof of insurance upon request. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's driver's license is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. This check also revealed that the vehicle registration should be displayed on another vehicle. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a green, leafy plant material suspected of being marijuana.
