Arrested: Isabel Realivazquez 56 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Felony DWI, Abandonment or abuse of a Child (2 Counts), Careless Driving, Revoked license, Open Container, Expired registration plate, and No Insurance
The above individual was involved in a motor vehicle crash in his 2000 Ford Crown Victoria, at which time struck another vehicle containing two minor children. Above was found to be the driver and displayed signs of impairment. Driver admitted to comsuming a 12 pack of Budweiser beer and 2 shots of Tequila prior to driving. Driver was also found in possession of open containers of beer, and mini bottles of Vodka. Driver was unable to perform SFSTs. Driver was arrested and requested to submit to a breath test, which resulted in a breath alcohol content of .20 and .21. Suspect was also found to have a revoked license with the arrest clause, and thress prior DWI actions.

Stolen: (3) Boat batteries (6) 6" round speakers, (2) 200 Watt Amplifiers,
Damaged boat cover.
Victim reported that sometime between 3/30/13 and 4/4/2013 some unknown subjects unlawfully entered his two covered boats and stole the above listed items. The two boats were secured in a fenced storage area, but the fence had been cut by unknown means.
The above listed stolen/damaged items were valued at about $1600.00

Location: Blakes Lota Burger on Airport Road
Arrested: Danielle Coriz, 28-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 04-05-13 at about 1:15AM Ms. Coriz was observed sitting in her vehicle (black Toyota Camery) in the parking lot of the Lota Burger on Airport Road. Upon contact she was found to be intoxicated and had an open container of alcohol in her vehicle. She was arrested accordingly.

Location: Residence on Calle Lazo Errante off Airport Road
Stolen: 65" flat screen television and a lap top computer. Total value of $4,500.
On 04-04-13 between 7:00PM and 7:30PM someone entered the victims residence through an unlocked front door and stole the above listed items.

Location: Richards Ave. at East Chili Line Road
Arrested: Ginifer Galey, 47-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 04-04-13 at about 9:30PM Ms. Galey was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Richards Ave. and East Chili Line Road when she hit another vehicle from behind. She then left the scene in her white in color Land Rover. The victim followed her and called 911. Deputies located both vehicles a short distance down the raod. Ms. Galey was found to be driving under the infulence of alcohol and was placed under arrest. No injuries were reported from the crash.

Location: State Road 599 and Airport Road
Arrested: Nicanor Ortega, 23-year-old male from Arroyo Hondo N.M.
On 04-04-13 Mr. Nicanor ran a red light while traveling south on State Road 599 at the intersection of Airport Road. He was also observed weaving in and out of his lane. He was driving a silver Chevrolet truck. He was stopped and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: residence off of Prairiewood Lane, Edgewood, NM
On 4/4/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. unknown suspects gained entry into his residence by damaging the front door. Victim stated that unknown suspects stole 2 sets of keys, 8 silver medallion coins, $180.00 in cash, 2 horse saddles, several boxes of ammunition, and several fishing poles. Estimated value of items taken is $2,170.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

Location: residence off of Firehearth Place, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Viejo Subdivision)
On 4/4/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that sometime between 10:30am and 1:45pm, unidentified suspects forced entry into the above residence by damaging a window. Victim stated that suspects also damaged a vase that was inside the residence. Victuim stated that suspects stole a 45" flatscreen TV, a 15" flatscreen TV, misc. jewelry, and misc. coins. Estimated value of items taken is $5,540.00. Estimated damage amount is $220.00.

Victim reported that on February 9th 2013 he was notified by his bank that there were discrepancies with his account. Victim advised that the transaction were all completed by the same employee. Victim believes this has been taking place since 2010, and the amount could exceed 100,00.00

Victim reported that on 4/3/13 at about 6:20am some unknown subjects unlawfully entered his unlocked vehicle and stole his cell phone as he was loading it for the morning. Victim heard his car door slam and saw a male subject running to a silver passenger car. There were no signs of forced entry located on the vehicle.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $200.00
