Charges: Aggravted Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Battery, and Resisting, obstructing an Officer
Deputies were dispatched at approximately 0515 hours to the area of Wolf Creek and Riverside Drive in reference to a fight in progress. Two males were located in the area and detained. Further investigation revealed that the above male was walking in the area when he approached a female. This male began to yell and scream at the female. He then threw his phone at her. The female's son heard the commotion and confronted the above male. A scuffle ensued between the two males. Male victim stated the above male swung a silver and black screwdriver at him. When deputies arrived on scene the above male attempted to walk away from the scene and ignored orders from the Deputy to lie on his stomach. When deputy handcuffed the above he rolled onto his back and grabbed the deputy. The above was arrested and booked accordingly without further incident.

Victim reported between the hours 8:30 am to 3:30 pm an unknown persons forced entry to the residence through the back door. Once inside suspect(s) rummaged through residence and took the the listed items. No suspects or witnesses have been located. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Courtney Upshall 36 yoa female
On Wednesday March 12, 2014 deputies were dispatched to a possible drunk driver at the location listed. Upon arrival Deputies met with the Nambe Tribal Ranger who advised he observed Ms. Courtney Upshall in a State Of New Mexico Parks vehicle slumped over the wheel. Nambe Tribal Ranger advised the driver appeared to be intoxicated. Suspect had a heavy scent of alcohol coming from her breath. Suspect submitted to SFST's and numerous signs of impairment were observed. The suspect admitted to using medication and was also found with an open bottle of Smirnoff Vodka in her possession. Suspect was taken to the St. Vincent's Hospital for a blood draw. Suspect was booked into the jail without further incident.

On Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 11:05 PM the suispect threw a bowl of soup at the victim striking her with the liquid. The suspect was upset over the power to the cell block being turned off before she could finish warming up her food. The victim sustained no injuries as a result of this incident.

On Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 10:38 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle at the location at 52 miles per hour in a posted 35 mile per hour zone. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5

Once entry was gained person(s) unknown knocked over some items from a table. Person(s) unknown then fled from the residence without removing any items.

On Tuesday March 11,2014 the above suspect was located and arrested at the intersection on NM 503 and Christmas Lane on foot. Suspect was found to have a warrant for his arrest for the charges of Burglary, Larceny, and Criminal Damage to Property. Suspect was booked into Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On March 11, 2014 victim advised they were contacted by an unknown male in Mexico. The male advised the victim he had kidnapped his grandmother and would release her without being harmed for 10,000.00 Cash. Victim advised he wired $900.00 via Moneygram to stop the suspect from hurting his grandmother. The victim advised he than contacted his grandmother who was in Mexico, and she advised she had never been kidnapped. Suspect identification is pending further investigation.
