On Sunday, May 11, 2014 at 10:14 PM the suspect was found to be in physical control of the vehicle, sleeping at a stop sign at the location. The suspect was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and submitted to a Blood Test. Results of that test are pending. The suspect was found to be in possession of a brown in color, tar like substance suspected of being heroin and three hydrocone tablets.

On Sunday, May 11, 2014 at 12:47 AM the suspect was located in physical control of the vehicle at the location. The vehicle had become stuck in soft dirt as the suspect attempted to drive "off road" The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. The suspect was found to be in possession of an open bottle of Jaegermeister as well as suspected marijuana.

On Sunday, May 11, 2014 at 1:11 AM deputies responded to a residence at the location in reference to a Domestic Disturbance. The suspect and victim had been involved in a verbal altercation. This altercation turned physical when the suspect grabbed a piece of metal pipe and swung it at the victim. The suspect then pushed the victim against a parked vehicle at which time she recieved some minor lacerations to her arm. The victim was treated at the scene for hier injuries. The suspect had initially fled the scene but returned while depuites were on scene conducting their investigation.

Deputy responded to location in reference to the above trailer being stolen. Victim reported that sometime on this date between 9:30 am and 1:30 p.m. unknown persons stole the vehicle while parked on his property. Case is under investigation.

On Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 3:55 AM a Welfare Check was conducted at the location. The suspect was observed sleeping in the vehicle as it was parked on the side of the road. The suspect initially provided a couple of different nams and dates of birth. Once the suspect's true identity was learned it was revealed that he had two valid Arrest Warrants issued out of the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.
