On February 13, 2014 a Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was observed speeding. Upon contact with the above listed driver an odor of alcoholic beverages was detected. Deputy Cullison arrived to the scene at which time SFST's were administered. The driver showed signs of impairment and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver submitted to a breath test and was transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Victim reports that his canine was intentionally killed by an unknown vehicle between 6:30 am and 7:30 am on February 11, 2014. Tire impressions indicate that the vehicle turned in a cul-da-sac running over the canine, then stopping and reversing back over the canine again. An attempt to locate suspects in the area was made with no findings.

The victim stated between the hours of 8:00p.m on 2/10/14 and 7:00a.m on 2/11/14 some unknown suspect stole her 2010 white Toyota Pickup truck with an ATC camper shell bearing New Mexico plate 333SGJ. Victim stated the vehicle was last seen parked in her driveway.
The above listed vehicle was valued at about $29000.00
