Victim reports on the above date a verbal arguement ensued between herself and the above suspect. The arguement then turned physical when the victim attempted to leave. Suspect pushed the victim, causing the victim to lose her balance and twist her ankle. Victim's ankle showed signs of minimal swelling. Suspect was then arrested and charged accordingly without further incident on the above charge.

On Friday, March 7, 2014 at 4:37 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location. For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control o0f the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side and striking a tree. The suspect fled the scene of the crash and was subsequently located at his residence. The suspect was unable to produce a driver's license or proof of insurance upon request. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's driver's license is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. This check also revealed that the vehicle registration should be displayed on another vehicle. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a green, leafy plant material suspected of being marijuana.

Victim reported sometime between March 3rd, 2014 and March 7th, 2014 unknown persons stole the above trailer. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.

On March 7, 2014 deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed the suspect forced the door open to her husband's residence and subsequently battered her husband. Suspect was arrested and taken to Santa Fe County Detention Center without further incident.

On March 06, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Santa Fe Detention Center in reference to an inmate with narcotics. Contact was made with the suspect and Detention Staff. The narcotic was taken as evidence and the above listed inmate was charged.

Contact was made with the victim who stated that unknown suspect(s) gained his identifying information to obtain a credit card. This case remains under investigation.

Deputy responded to a report of an Auto-Burglary and after processing the scene was able to locate the suspect at a nearby residence. Suspect was still in possession of stolen volunteer Firefighter equipment and a radar detector valued at more than $5000.00. Suspect was arrested and booked. Property was returned to victim/owner.

Victim reported sometime between 3-05-14 at 6:30pm and 03/06/14 at 7:00am an unknown suspects gained entry into the unlocked toolbox located in the bed of his pickup truck parked in his driveway. Upon entering the suspects stole the above items from the pickup truck.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $330.00

Charges: Aggravated DWI (refusal), Resisting, Evading or Obstructing a police officer, Open container, failure to dim headlamps, concealing identity.
On March 6, 2014 Deputies located a blue in color BWM traveling on Camino Cerrado with its high beams activated. When a traffic stop was attempted the suspect fled and attempted to evade apprehension by driving at a high rate of speed into the Pojoaque Terrace Mobile home park. The vehicle was subsequently located in front the suspects residence. The suspect refused to provide his requested identification. Through the course of the investigation it was found that the suspect was impaired by an intoxicant. The suspect refused to submit to chemical testing. An inventory was taken of the vehicle during which time an open 12 ounce can of BudLite was located within the vehicle. The Container was found to be open and its contents partially removed. Suspect was booked into ADC.
