On August 24, 2013 at approximately 12:00 p.m. a suspect took the victims vehicle without his permission from his home. The vehicle was listed as a stolen vehicle. This case remains under investigation.

On August 24, 2013 the above listed suspect was observed operating a motor vehicle with out the use of his seatbelt as required by law. Driver was stopped, upon contact with the driver it was discovered the suspect was a fugitive from Texas. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Tghe suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of the test are pending. Deputies responded to the above location in referenc to a narcotics violation. Correction Officers performed a strip search on the above individual and located 4 orange in color strips suspected to be suboxone and a black tar-like substance suspected to be heroin. The above was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an auto burglary. Victim reports sometime between the hours of 7:00p.m. and 11:00p.m. unknown persons gained unlawful forced entry into a 2008 Chrysler Aspen by breaking the driver side front window. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.
