Arrested: Richard Martinez 25 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87506
On February 09, 2014 a welfare check was conducted on a vehicle parked in the area of Arroyo Cuyamungue. Contact was made with the driver at which time it was discovered the driver had a warrant for his arrest. After the driver was arrested he was found to be in possession of suboxone. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
