Deputies responded to the location in reference to a call of a male stealing copper wiring from the location. Upon Deputy arrival, they located the suspect still attempting to remove the copper wiring from the establishment. Male suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

Sometime between August 14th after 8:00PM and August 15th before 6:00AM someone spray pained and set fire to the interior of the victim's 1999 Ford truck while it was parked in the driveway of the victim's residence.

Damage: 46 inch Bravia 3D Flatscreen TV, Pink I-Pod 5, Black PS3 Electornic Game System, and a Ford SUV Gray in color right front exterior mirror from its mount Total estimated value: $1,8550.00
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Victim reports a verbal altercation ensued between her and the above suspect, which turned physical. Victim reports the above grabbed her by the arms and pushed her to bed, then placed an arm across her chest holding her against her will. Victim also reports the above raised a hand in the air causing her to believe she was going to be struck. Prior to the above suspect leaving the above location the above listed items were damaged. Case still pending further investigation.

Charges: CSP, Aggravated Battery, and Interference with Communications
Deputies responded to the above location approximately 11:49 p.m. in reference to a possible domestic. The victim a 58 yoa female stated the above suspect had punched her in the face, choked her, and sexually assaulted her. Victim also reports when she called 911 the above suspect took the phone from her. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly on the above charges without further incident.

On Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 6:39 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location at 38 Miles Per Hour in a posted 25 Mile Per Hour Zone. The suspect's New Mexico driver's License is suspended and there was an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Santa Fe Municipal Court for Failure to Appear. During a search of the suspect subsequent to his arrest for the warrant a small plastic straw and plastic bag were located. Both items contained suspected methamphetimine residue. Also located were seven pieces of paper that had images of US Currency copied onto them.
