Deputies were dispatched to location in regards for a medical assist. Upon their arrival, Deputies located the vicitm unresponsive and not breathing. Efforts to revive the victim were unsuccessful. No signs of foul play were observed. Case refered to OMI.

Charges: Aggravated Assault Against a Household Member with a deadly weapon, and Battery on a Household Member
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim reports her boyfriend grabbed her from her wrist and twisted it after a verbal agrument ensued. Boyfriend then grabbed a cross bow from the closet and pointed it at victim, according to victim. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly on the above charges.

Location: SR 599 Frontage Road and North Horizon Lane
Arrested: Teri Coffman 48 yoa female, Albuquerque, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, and Open container of alcoholic beverage
Deputy observed a Blue in color Nissan Armada flashing their hazards and headlights at the above location. A motorist assist was conducted to check on the welfare of the driver. Upon contact with driver it is observed that the driver had an open bottle of Jack Daniels in the center console with its contents missing. Driver also had an odor of intoxicating liquor emitting from her person. Driver was adminstered SFST's which displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory at which time agreed to a breath test. Breath test resulted in BrAC of .27/.27. Driver was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

Charged: Aggravated DWI, No Insurance
On Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 10:50 PM the sus[pect was found in physical control of the vehicle at the location. The location was at the scene of a single vehicle crash involving another of the suspect's vehicles. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breath Alcohol Test. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.

Location: 400 Block of County Road 84 (El Rancho area)
On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim (90 year old female) was found unresponsive and not breathing by a family member. There were no signs of foul play located at the scene, and death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a disorderly male subject. The above suspect was observed throwing chairs and beer glasses and breaking tables at the location. above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On January 31, 2014 Deputy Garcia was patrolling the area of New Mexico State Road 76 when he observed a vehicle failing to maintain his lane of travel. Vehicle was stopped at which time the driver was given SFST's. Driver showed signs of impairment adn was placed under arrest. Driver submitted to breath tests and was booked accordingly.
