Location: Santa Maria De La Paz Church located on Richard's Avenue

Damaged window screens and stucco.  Total $2,060.00

Sometime between the evening hours of September 22nd and early morning hours of September 23rd someone shot several paint balls at the church causing damage to the window screens and stucco.  They also shot paint balls at a large statue located in the roundabout on Richard's Ave. and College Drive.  The paint stained the statue and the stucco on the church.  Estimated damages to the statue are not yet determined.

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between September 23, 2013 and September September 24, 2013 unknown persons forced entry into sheds on the property and removed parts from a vehicle parked on the property. Case is still under investigation.

Vicitm reported to Deputy that sometime between September 6, 2013 and September 24, 2013 unknown persons forced entry into a home and stole the listed type of items. Case is still under investigation.

Location: Residence on Hill Trail in the Arroyo Seco area of Santa Fe County

Stolen: Older model flat screen TV and non narcotic medication.  Total value of $150.00

On 09-23-2013 between the hours of 9:30AM and 1:00PM someone entered the victim's residence through a window and stole the above listed items.

 Victim stated that on September 23, 2013 between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into his home. Once entry was gained the suspect(s) took the above listed items. This case remains under investigation.

Location: 9 W. Gutierrez Pojaoque, NM 87506 ( Pojoaque Supermarket)

Stolen: (2) Bottles of Alcohol.

 

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a shoplifting. Store personnel advises that a male individual entered the store and attempted to steal the above items. When employees confronted the suspect(s) a small altercation took place and a chemical agent was sprayed at employees and a knife was brandished. The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating this matter.

Stolen: Numerous items to include: Electronic equipment (Television, stero, and stereo equipment), jewelry, clothing, DVD's, and various personal affects.   

Victim reported on today's date between the times of 4:30pm and 6:30pm, unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were  signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $9,700.00


SFCSO Case #0213015022/ DWI, Driver to be licensed, Duty upon striking fixtures

Arrested: Ashley M. Sanchez 23yoa, Rio Rancho NM 87114

Above arrestee was involved in a single vehicle motor vehicle crash. Driver displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI.. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Location:  16 North Camino Seco, Espanola, NM (Arroyo Seco)

Suspect:  Lisa Scoggins, age 43, Espanola, NM

Charged:  Battery against a household member

On 9/21/13 deputies responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Contact was made with the suspect who admitted to slapping the victim in the face.  Victim admitted that suspect slapped him in the face.  Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
