Location: 100 block of Vereda de Valencia, Santa Fe, NM
On 9/29/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into her residence through a window. Victim stated that unknown persons took a flat screed TV and a Xbox gaming system. Estimated value of items taken is $2,549.00. No damage to the window.

Victim reported that on this date some unknown person forced entry into his detached garage by kicking open the door. Victim was alerted to the suspect by his dog barking and running to the garage. Victim made contact with the unknown suspect as he was entering the garage. The suspect then fled the scene on foot.
The above listed item was valued at about $400.00

Arrested: Carlos Alpizar-Dominquez 28 year old male, Santa Fe NM
On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Breaking and Entering. There was sufficient evidence that led officers to believe that the crime had been committed when suspect attempted to enter a residence through a window. The above listed suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputy responded to recover vehicle reported stolen out of Albuquerque. Deputy discovered suspect had left vehicle parked at this residence for several days with the intention of returning to pick it up at a later date. Vehicle was returned to owner and Arrest Warrant sought for suspect.

Suspect: Carlos Dominguez Age: 28 Santa Fe
Carlos Dominguez was arrested for Breaking and Entering and Criminal Damage to Property after deputies responded to the Country Club Mobile Home Park and discovered that he had forcibly pried the screen open to a bedroom window, opened the window and attempted to enter the home. He was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Victor CdeBaca Age: 35 Santa Fe
Victor Cdebaca was arrested for Leaving the Scene of an Accident involving minor personal injury after he failed to stop for a Red Light at the intersection of NM 599 and I-25 off-ramp crashing into the side of another vehicle. Cdebaca was followed to his home by the other vehicle and was apprehended by Deputies. Cdebaca was booked accordingly.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 5:45 a.m. and 9:45p.m. unknown person(s) stole the above items. The items were taken from a gravesite at the above location. Case still pending further investigation.

Victim: 86 year old male
On 9/27/13 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to an unresponsive, unconcious male. Complainant stated that he went to check the welfare of the victim in which he was not breathing and was unresponsive. Complainant called 911. Complainant stated that victim suffered from several illnesses. OMI was contacted. There were no signs of foul play.

On 9/27/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that on 9/25/13 between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into his room by prying open the door. Victim stated that unknown persons took 2 rifles from within. Estimated value of the items taken is $1,394.57. No damage to the door.
