Last seen: (on 03-04-2013, evening hours at home, wearing black jacket, black jeans, grey in color Nike 'Jordan" shoes and has two (2) tattoos- Butterfly on the back of her neck and "Javier" on her chest) He was entered into NCIC and the Missing Persons Clearinghouse

On 3/4/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 1200 p,m. and 5:30 p.m. unknown suspects gained entry by kicking the front door. Victim stated that unknown suspects stole misc. jewelry, a jewelry tray, an Apple Ipad, a Kindle, a Nexus tablet and $40.00 in change. Estimated value of items taken is $5,990.00. Estimated damage amount is $250.00.

On 3/4/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that sometime between 3/3/13 at 1700 hours and 3/4/13 at 1700 hours unknown suspects proceeded to the barn and opened the unsecured doors. Suspects stole misc. horse equipment and 4 bales of hay. Estimated value of the items taken is $1502.00.

On 3/4/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between midnight and noon today unknown persons gained entry into his vehicle by cutting the plastic to the back window and opening the door. Victim stated that unknown persons stole a 3 knife set, a Gerber double blade knife, a box of bullets, a range finder, 2 sets of binoculars and an 18" Asp. Estimated value of items taken is $1110.00. Estimated value of items taken is $400.00

On 3/4/13 deputy was dispatched to above address in reference to a larceny. Victim stated that between 3/3/13 at 2100 hours and 3/4/13 at 1700 hours an unknown suspect took 3 purple 20" rims with Nitto tires from the side of his residence. Estimated value of the tires and rims is $800.00.

Suspect: Richard James, age 47, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Aggravated DWI, Open Container, No Insurance
On 3/4/13 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a possible intoxicated driver. Contact was made with an Agent of the Santa Fe Sheriff's Dept. who stated that the suspect got into his vehicle, started it and put it in reverse. The agent stopped the vehicle and called for a marked unit. Deputy arrived on scene made contact with the suspect who had an odor of an intoxicant emitting from his breath. Suspect admitted to drinking. Suspect refused to submit to SFST's and was placed under arrest. Suspect was read the implied consent and agreed to be tested. Suspect was given a breath test in which the BrAC results were .23 and .25. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 3/4/13 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between last night and this morning at 0530 hours unknown persons entered his vehicle and left the interior light on. Victim stated that unknown persons stole a floor jack from within. Estimated value of items taken is $90.00. Victim stated that entry was possibly gained through an unlocked door. No damage was done to the vehicle.

On 3/4/13 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 1830 and 0530 hours unknown suspects gained entry into two of his vehicles. Victim stated that entry was possibly made through an unlocked window and an unlocked door. Victim stated that unknown suspects stole an Ipod, binoculars, 2 car stereo face plates, 2 leatherman tools and misc music CD's. Estimated value of items taken is $1656.00.

On 3/413 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a larceny. Complainant stated that she and other staff members had noticed the TV was missing from an unlocked cabinet in the lunch room. It is unknown when the TV was taken. There were no signs of forced entry. Estimated value of the TV is $500.00.

The above listed item stolen were valued at about $200.00
