On Saturday, February 8, 2014, between 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM, person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown menas gained entry to two vehicle which were parked at a bussiness at the location. Passenger side windows on both vehicles had been broken and that was the point of entry. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed a cell phone from one vehicle and a purse from the other vehicle.

On Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 6:11 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at Location #1 and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The supect was also observed to fail to stop for a posted stop sign at Location #2. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.

On February 08, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputy Coles was patrolling the above listed area when he observed a vehicle failing to maintain lane of travel, shortely after the vehicle was observed traveling through an intersection while the light was red. The vehicle was stopped, the driver smelled of an intoxicant and was administered SFST's. Driver showed signs of impairment was was subsequently arrested. Driver submitted to a breath tests and was later booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On February 07, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Agua Fria and Camino Juliana in reference to a report motor vehicle collision. Upon Deputies arrival contact was made with the above mentioned driver. The driver smelled of alcoholic beverages at which time SFST's were administered. Driver showed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested. Driver was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: Ernest Lujan Age: 24 Santa Fe
Deputies responded to a Domestic Disturbance and discovered that Ernesto Lujan had pointed a firearm at a Household Member and placed a child in danger during the incident. No injuries were sustained and Lujan was booked accordingly.

On February 06, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputy Talache was patrolling the area of State Road 285 when he observed a vehicle swerve several times then stopped abruptly. Deputy made contact with the above driver and detected the oder of alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered at which time the driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and did submit to a breath test. Driver was later booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

On February 07, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputy Garcia was patrolling the area of Richards Avenue and Oshara Blvd when he observed a vehicle traveling in that area without the use of lights on the license plate. The above listed driver was stopped at which time Deputy Garcia detected the odor of alcoholic beverages coming from the vehicle. SFST's were administered at which time the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test at the Santa Fe, Sheriff's Office. The suspect was then booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On February 6, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Calle Corazzi in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon Deputies arrival contact was made with the victim. Victim advised she got into an argument with her husband. The argument became physical when her husband (above lsited) touched the victim in a rude, insolent or angry manner. The suspect was located and palced under arrest without incident. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
