On Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 11:37 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle and trying to recover a vehicle from a motor vehicle crash (Case# 0213015555). The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Blood Alcohol Test. Due to the number of prior DWI Offenses a Search Warrant was obtained and a Blood Alcohol Test was administered. The results of that test are pending. A check with the new Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached.

On Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 8:37 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location when he lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on right side and become partially submerged in a river. The suspect failed to notify law enforcement of the collision. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Blood Alcohol Test. Due to the number of prior DWI Offenses a Search Warrant was obtained and a Blood Alcohol Test was administered. The results of that test are pending. Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a vehicle stuck in the river bed and the driver possibly intoxicated. The above was at the location assisting in retrieving the partially submerged vehicle from the river bed. The above identified himself as someone else, which later admitted to concealing his identity providind his true identity. He was arrested and booked accordingly without further incident.

On October 01, 2013 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an uknown suspect taking parts from a motor vehicle. Deputes arrived and noticed that auto parts were removed from within a Santa Fe County motor vehicle. This case remains under investigations.

Victim stated that on October 01, 2013 She parked her 1996 Toyota Camry at the Pojoaque Supermarket. When the victim exited the Supermarket she noticed that her vehicle was no longer where she left it. A witness located the vehicle near the area. The vehicle was recovered. Witnesses were questioned at the scene and the vehicle was processes for evidence. This case remains under investigation.

Sometime within the past 2 weeks someone broke several windows on a vacant mobile home. They also entered the mobile home by forcing open the front door and stole the abov listed proeprty.

Sometime after 7:00PM on the evening of September 30th and the early morning hours of October 1st someone forced entry into two work trucks parked on the property and stole several tools. They also damaged a window on one truck and a tool box on the other.

Victim reported to Deputy that today at approximately 7:00 am an unknown male was observed fleeing from within the victims vehicle. Victim reported that the suspect was able to steal US Currency from the interior portion of the vehicle. Case is under investigation.
