Deputies responded to above location in reference to an unconscious and not breathing male. Upon deputies arrival a male subject was found deceased at the residence. Victims mother indicated victim suffered from depression and anxiety. No foul play suspect at this time.

Arrested: Joseph Gonzales - age 31 - Taos, NM
A vehicle was stopped for failing to yield and the driver was identified as James Gallegos. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The passenger, Joseph Gonzales, was found in possession of suspected narcotics and was also placed under arrest. The were both booked into the Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Victim reports unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location sometime between the hours of 6:30a.m. and 9:50p.m. Entry was gained by prying open the front door. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.

On 11/8/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that unknown persons gained entry into her residence through a window between 6:00 am and 5:10 pm. Victim stated that unknown persons ransacked her residence. Nothing appeared to be missing. No damage to the residence.

The above listed Inmates were found by Jail staff to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and controlled substance. The paraphernalia and substance were seized and the inmates were rebooked with the additional charges.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic distrubance. Victim reports the above suspect struck her in the face after a verbal arguement ensued. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly without further incident.

Location: NM 599 Mile Marker 6, Santa Fe, New Mexico
Arrested: Jaime Chavez-Solis 31 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Speeding, and Drivers to be Licensed
Deputy observed a Red in color GMC Envoy traveling at a high rate of speed at the above location. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle. Upon contact with the driver signs of impairment were observed. SFST's were adminstered which showed signs of impairment. Above driver was arrested and a breath test was adminstered which revealed a BrAC of .16/.16. Driver was also found to not have a drivers license. Suspect was booked and transported to Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without further incident.
