Stolen: 3 Air Compressors, Red Tool Box with assorted hand tools, 4 plastic Bins, acetylene bottle
On this date victim reported that some unknown person stole the above listed items from his yard sometime between 6/25/13 and 6/26/13. The above listed stolen items were later recovered from behind a neighbors shed. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The items stolen to were valued at about $1325.00

Reporting party states several windows and screens along with the windshield to a 1994 Ford pick-up were damaged last night between 2200 hours and 0800 hours this morning. No entry was gained. Case is under investigation.

On Tuesday, June 25, 2013 between 7:45 and 9:45 PM person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed an electronic game system. There was no signs of forced entry.

Location: Residence off State Road 592, Tesuque area of Santa Fe County
Arrested: Yvonne Armendariz, 28-year-old female from santa Fe N.M.
On 06-25-2013 at about 8:00PM Mrs. Armendariz was involved in an altercation with a family member at their residence and Deputies were called to the location. The investigation revealed Mrs. Armendariz battered a family member and broke the family members 42" flat screen TV valued at $1,200. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: $5.00 in coin
Victim reported that sometime between 6/24/13 and 6/25/13 at about 5:00am some unknown person(s) entered 5 of their unlocked vehicles. Victim stated the vehicles were rummaged through and about $5.00 in loose coin was missing. No damage was located on any of the vehicles.

Location: Residence on South Paseo De Angel, La Cienega area of Santa Fe County
Arrested: Joshua Lujan, 24-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 06-25-2013 at about 2:30AM Mr. Lujan was involved in an altercation with family members at his residence. During the altercation he battered a household member. Deputies were called to the scene. Upon arrival Mr. Lujan resisted Deputies while being taken into custody. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM (Santa Fe County Adult Detention Ctr.)
On 6/24/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation. A Detention Officer stated that they intercepted an incoming envelope addressed to one of the inmates which contained 8 orange strips believed to be suboxone. Suspect was read his Miranda rights and stated he did not know who sent the envelope. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: green pillow case, assorted Jewelry, 4 jewelry box drawers
Arrested: James P Humphrey, 54 years old Albuquerque NM
Victim reported that on this date she arrived home and found a male subject inside her residence burglarizing it. Suspect then fled out the back door after stealing the above listed items. The suspect was located by Deputies as he was fleeing the area. The above stolen items were recovered and the suspect was arrested.
